You can use the more filters section, then go to advanced filters and choose flop bet. Add itt to the applied filters as true. You can choose flop continuation bet made, if you want to see the hands you raised preflop.
Then add two more: saw turn as false and won hand as true. There may be easier way to do this, but this is what i use.

Does the 5/10 rule apply to 3bet pots?
we use the full opponents bet or the extra amount we have to call?

I'm not that familiar with the 5/10 rule but I assume its meant to help beginning players not to call crazy amounts with rather marginal hands, in that way yes it can apply to 3bet pots cause if you invest more then 10% you're committing yourself (not telling you can't get away anymore, you just play a big pot relative to your stack)
Also keep in mind if you do apply the rule you obviously will have to tight up and not call 3% of your stack with the same range to a 2bet.

From a beginner, to another beginner, as long as it takes until you see improvement. Spikes of improvement are not reliable. I would say a steady consistent progression over a few months.

4bb over large sample size is often considered 'convincingly winning', so it's 'good'.

2bb/100 at 50NL is much better than 10bb/100 at 2NL though.

Only sizing you can change is upen and lower in square you got.
You cannot fill the height of your table up to the size of your screen without your width coming along.

i think its a dumb questions or an "every 2days asking people the same thing question".

I'm pretty new at poker and read a lot of forums,blog,books and.. ok may i forgett anything but i read many things.
And the most of these things i think its for not for online playing.

After that i going on pokerstars to play a bit with real money on micro limit stakes, i tried no limit but that was horrible. After a few hours of playing i feel pretty bad. I dont lose money and i dont get money but thats not the point, i really dont know how to get in the substance of poker.
I mean i read often only play aa,kk,qq,jj and aks and play tight when you have one of these cards. All other things doesnt matter. But that can not the only thing in online poker, or is it?

Maybe any player have the same problem when he started and can help me that would be really nice.
(and yeah my english arent good but i hope everybody can understand this >.<)

what do you think has less downswings and variance sngs or cash games. i seem to have a lot more success at sngs then cash games i feel cash games people play every hand because they can jus rebuy so there are more bad beats involved

You really need to be more specific to be honest. For example 180 man sit n gos will have a lot more variance than cash games.

Also the further up you climb in the cash stakes ladder you will notice that you won't have as many players playing all of their hands, due to the increase in skill level.

one table sngs. i play six max sngs and crush them but wen it comes to cash games i struggle to beat even the worst players.
