Ok I know its a HUD stat thingy but when people talk about playing 17/16 22/25 40/31 etc, what exactly do they mean?

okay so I was dealt 33 one hand raised it up then 1010 next hand
raised it up everyone fold again. THen I got 55 raised it up a guy calls
n I flop quads n get them all in on river. Is there any name for this
or anything?
