I'm assuming that after tomorrow we will have enough interest generated, between this thread and the chat. So on Wednesday I'll start the thread for signups... leave it open like a week. So probably by late next week I'll have all the info (who is in/addresses) and I'll match everyone up and let you know who to buy for and their address to ship to.

As far as knowing who bought for you... a few things 1) You might know based on the name on the package. 2) When people start receiving their gifts.. I'm hoping they will post pics in the Santa thread.. at which time the Santa will reveal themselves. and 3) At the end.. I'll post the list of who bought for whom.

as if ill be using my real name for this...

I'll be willing to chip in a few bucks for some sort of side pool for things like "most unique gift", "best packaging design" etc if there is some interest in this. Would give people incentive to be even more creative (as opposed to a gift card to a store or something)

3rd in chips in Big 22 tonight, then moved to a table with someone on my left doing an excellent impression of the Greek Finance Minister - reraised me every single time with total trash, then hit the flop every time. Really crazy - his K3o hit KK3 ofc. Then, with M=7, I get AKs, raise, Greek bloke calls - flop is AK3, so I shove. Of course kalamari (greek fish, sort of) has 33 and I'm out.

Snapped this gem last night. As the train and wreckage slid past in front of me I was sure that whoever was in the car must have died, but wolf found a link to the news story saying the driver and two passengers managed to get out in time. I was waiting on a highway exit ramp facing the tracks about 100 feet away when this happened. Then walked down a bit to grab a picture.
