I live in the happiest country in the world, USA seems to be #15. So jealous.

It's a nice country to visit and I'm sure there would be places not so bad to actually live in. LA is definitely not one of them and people thinking themselves as legends are the main reason.

That doesn't add up. Reminds me of the guy who claimed he got into Harvard but "just didn't want go to college."

Sure you aren't exaggerating your net worth, like say Hellmuth, who doesn't belong to a local club in his area? In Vegas it's very easy to determine who is financially successful if they golf based on this metric alone. I call BS.

Here come the salty and delusional Euros. No one cares how your country of 5 million stacks up to a country of 300 million in a nebulous metric like "happiness". On a global scale, being born in the coastal US with access to moderate amounts of resources is objectively like getting dealt aces.

This is like saying you can tell someone's net worth based on what car they drive or clothes they wear. Pure comedy.

I agree with you entirely. Cars/clothes and even houses are not good barometers whatsoever. We can agree to disagree of what is the appropriate analogy.

More like AKo which is also a good hand. I'm not salty, I'm happy. Also I'm happy your are happy as sometimes it seems like no one's happy there. I guess I read to much election stuff. Your country is very devided so to an outsider it seems not so great place to live. It shows on answers like yours and limone that you always have to be on attack.

if you're reading social media nonsense or even news articles with what passes for "journalism" today you're going to get a pretty distorted view of reality.

It’s weird because your only main trolls 10-15 years ago were poker cheats trying to discredit you.

Could it be just a cultural shift or is it some environmental issue like pfas or heavy metal exposure?
they actually love me at reddit, i did the r/poker "live chat" show when it existed with the help of the creator of r/poker and mods. its just a couple dorks everywhere who clout chase me, its flattering.

not possible, you would need universal online poker with no bots or rta. this world is long gone. you can have a mini boom any time and place you lift a prohibition but it wont last long.

your country doesn't seem to happy if your pastimes include impotently rage tweeting in your superiors threads instead of starting your own (which no one would visit).

Can you share any memorable or defining moments in your life that influenced your poker journey?

What are some of the biggest life lessons you've learned from playing and hosting poker professionally?

What challenges have you encountered in hosting poker games, and how have you overcome them?

What are some of the most common mistakes you see players make at the poker table, and how can they avoid them?
I answered many of your questions in my #2000 thread here:https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/6...m-shyt-457839/

The thing that most influenced my "poker journey" was running like god the first week and basically moving from the smallest game in the casino to the biggest DAILY game in the casino instantly (loll bankroll management). If i would have run bad maybe i just keep doing something else.

life lesson? self control and internal honesty i suppose. you need mountains of it.

when you host a game you just need to keep the meter running. nothing else matters, if your fee fees get in the way of that youre in the wrong business.

the most common mistake is see "good" players make is just treating bad players as "bad" and not really getting into the tiny details of why they are bad and how that fits into their personality. bad players have poker strategies too and maximizing your earn off them is everything in live poker.

Other than your genius intellect and unprecedented humbleness, what other specific factors do you think led you to not being busto or dead while many of your peers you came up with are?

No inclination to gamble whatsoever. No notion that poker is anything but a hustle. Realizing poker is a small hustle for small minds and looking for bigger hustles that requires the minimum possible effort.

People only like living in the US because the bond market and currency haven't collapsed yet. Once they do, production, rather than a perpetual expansion of credit, will be required to fund consumption, and that will require free market capitalism rather than a centralized authority managing markets. Otherwise, everyone will starve.

Life, as of right now. However I have been suspended from Twitter for life twice before and suspended from 2p2 for life at least 6 times. No one can quit me forever. The content is too good.

It will be difficult to win this one, think the countdown for thread has started.

I do recommend quitting alcohol, did it six years ago.
