The new “Slick Theme” looks awesome if playing 6 max limit Hold'em especially if playing from the 5 seat. Great job.

I would be in Zen heaven if a few minor changes could be done. Can the game#, previous#, replay button, view table and leave table buttons be put back to the spot they are in e-v-e-r-y other theme? Why did these buttons get moved? And can showing that red replay button be an opt-in/opt-out choice like the right click theme activation? That red replay button looks like a clown's nose and haunts me. I am afraid of clowns.

yep, that is the bug I was talking about.

Completely unbelievable that was able to get past any reasonable testing.

The slick table looks sexxxxy if you add a wood floor using custom background.

BTW, is that blurring of the copied image caused by the new anti-datamining measures?

Hahahaha well according to Stars support, there is no bug and I either have spyware, a corrupted harddrive, or corrupted memory. So I humored them and downloaded their 2 recommended spyware programs as well as doing the dos chkdrive procedure (plus uninstalling and downloaded pokerstars again).

Boy this spyware must be incredibly sophisticated to only **** with stars when it is my big blind:

Please do this. If you want let the cards be seen only by people siting in but please do this. I can't take the stress + i'm in front of my computer yelling "no spade no spade" while i should be yelling " no 8 no 8"

LOL EXACTLY

And then to top it off, they show the cards for such a short period of time I haven't even figured out who won before the chips start sliding most of the time.

Stars pwns yet again.

Thanks for fixing this right click issue.

I saw multiple updates today and wondered what was going on.

That's caused by you converting a bitmap into JPG format.

Save the file in MS Paint using .PNG format if you want it to be lossless (and still get some good compression)

Honestly I don't know why this wasn't fixed a while ago. What's the reason for waiting till the river to show cards in AI situations??

after the update if i get momentarily disconnected i am no longer playing at any or most of my tables (1 time reconnected, not playing @ any, 1 time playing @ 1 of 24) . wtf?

this NEVER happened before, ever. 2 times tonight!

this has only happened twice, but that was 100% of the time since the update & it tilts the hell out of you when you are 24 tabling & they already threw your doomswitch last week!

edit to add: before if i disconnected for to long, when i reconnected i was sitting out at the table(s). Tonight when i reconnected it was like i was never @ the table (even though i am sure that 1 of the times wasn't long enough for me to have even been sat out).
This. I had a short disconnect and I was in a hand. When my internet came back some of my tables had the sit in button and some didn't. The table with the hand showed me disconnected, was counting down, yet I didn't have any buttons available. I closed all the other windows just to see if it was the anti-datamining **** and I had too many tables open and the ones with no "sit in" button didn't even ask me "you sure you want to leave the table?" or w/e the message is. I finally solved it by closing the Stars client and starting it back up. I finally was able to sit back in and call the idiot who tried to bluff just because I disconnected. Fortunately he was an idiot who bet 3/4 pot against a guy who already disconnected instead of min .

But can Stars look into this problem? I don't disconnect a ton, but the school's internet recently has been having problems and I know all disconnects are my own problem, but before the most recent update once my internet came back on Stars acted fine. Post-update Stars is acting up.

don't know if it's been mentioned (i haven't seen it) but very nice job restricting the max tables that can be opened to two without logging on

Thx PokerStars for the quick fix about the right click. I have also noticed that you can now open more tables (5 not logged and 20 logged), thx for that too.

Sorry, but what's the change in the chat box everybody speaks??? I don't see something special here.

-Hyper/Super Turbo SNG's.
-Cards face up when all in.
-Option to use e-mail address as login username. It isn't assuring knowing any stranger already has access to 1 of the 2 items needed for being into my 6 digits.

No. We need at least one theme with these buttons across the top because it means there is more room for hud displays and I can cascade 10 tables on a laptop now as opposed to 8 with the other themes. People will get used to these buttons in a neat thin strip at the top after a little while. If they don't like it, they don't have to use it.

What they need is a slick type theme with lots of room for hud AND centralised cards and I won't change themes ever again.
No way you get a standard theme resized this small without hud overlapping with chips/buttons/stacks/whatever.

So you can go back and see the action in a hand if you forgot because you were playing 9 tables. Only after a hand is completed can you look at the HH.

While not a bulletproof solution, the client has allowed to do something like this for a long time.

Right-click the table headers on lobby; as first rule put:
-> Sort by: Limit, Ascending

You then have two additional sorting rules at your disposal. When the above sort rule is applied first, you get NL tables before PL tables. It's not a filter as such, and it uses up one of the sorting rules but it certainly keeps the PL tables at the very end of the list.

Random Hater,

I put my HUD info above, below and to the left and right of each player's ID box. So putting game#, previous#, view table and leave table buttons across top of screen messes up the space above the top two players boxes. It is Murphy's Law, I really like the “Slick Theme” but they had to change one thing from every other theme that was already placed out of the way in the corners. Blah. But the red replay button really annoys me though. I was shocked when they first introduced it. They added a bright red ball to the table that I didn't want and couldn't get rid of. As the right click problem showed and Zachvac pointed out, it is bad programming practice to not give the user options. I've been waiting for a new no images type theme without those big circles and this is a great addition. So I can't complain...much. Pokerstars innovates in a way other sites don't even come close.

All that is left now is for Pokerstars to take their leadership role in online poker and dig the feet in the sand and issue everyone a debit type card for cash outs.

2tb,
If you use pokertracker 3 HUD, you only get to use the big rectangles which don't fit anywhere on a small standard theme table and overlap with everything. You can rearrange your HUD to fit slick ok or stick to hypersimple, but I must have large tables with a standard theme. When playing DON SNGs I was resorting to switching off the HUD when I'd opened up too many tables. We needed this to cater for PT3 people and judging by the way all the boxes are spaced out in the picture I posted, it looks like PT3HUD was what they had in mind when it was being designed.

Well then I retract my complaints. New and more are good things.
