Can you please add an option in the replay so that after a showdown where people have gone AI, we can see their holecards from the start of the hand? That way we can view the percentages on any given street.

Really annoying when playing PLO and you get it AI, but because the other person hasn't elected to show their cards while AI until the river you don't get the option of checking your odds on the flop later.

I'd like a grease fire one too seeing as we are asking.

After someone bad beats me I would really like to spam the chat with the emoticon so they are left in no doubt whatsoever what I want to happen with them.

Anyone else having problems with Pokerstars forgetting your automatic rebuy settings at the Zoom tables? Been happening all day at limits ranging from NL2 - NL25.

To any mac friends- upon trying to open file we edited in preferences to revert, it would not allow me to open in text-edit.

Had to do a full uninstall using cleanmymac3 to get online.

ps7 tho

+1 update is failing here in UK since yesterday evening.

stars7 still lag problems on mac so they need to fix this update for stars6 for the weekend

dont bother emailing them btw, they will just tell u a list of solutions that does **** all and wont admit its a problem with the update

I am another UK player who can't login on a mac after today's update. Any suggestions?

I could be wrong, but in old stars there was a box to "show running and completed" tournament. Now it's "show upcoming".

Problem is their definition of "upcoming" means registering in the next 24 hours. So if I want to see all the upcoming tournaments over the next week, I have to also see complete tournaments. Is there a way to view ALL upcoming tournaments while not seeing any running/completed ones like it used to do?

The latest updates that have been going out this week and next week do have some key bug fixes and code optimization that should help resolve most of the PS7 lag issues reported by some players.

The advanced access to PS6 is being removed because we want players back on PS7 for a couple of reasons - first, PS6 is getting very much out-of-date with respect to progression of server code and QA; second, we want those players who have previously reported lag problems to run PS7 again.

We expect that a lot of those players will find that most or all of the lag issues they were seeing have been resolved, and in fact we have been getting comments from players to that effect.

I would not be surprised if there are still a few players who are experiencing some sort of lag, as everyone's combination of third-party tools, network access, computer & OS condition and playing style is different. To these players we would ask for patience and cooperation in helping us try to reproduce / identify the lag you may be experiencing.

If your update does not work and you have been using PS6 through the advanced access, you will have to locate your user.ini file, locate the [PIPE] section and delete the “cli=20050620” line, then save the file and restart your client. This will allow you to start in PS7 mode. You may have some other filters set that are skewing your results. When I have “Show Upcoming Only” checked, I see tournaments out to June and beyond. I believe our definition of “upcoming” means announced, registering or in late-registration, regardless of how far in the future it is.

Why would you ever consider ending stars6 before the key bug fixes are in place?

That means no play for many mac players over the weekend.Can you just let us use stars6 till all mac issues are resolved?

I've been switching back and forth from PS6 to PS7 on mac (Yosemite).
Machine: Retina Macbook Pro with Nvidia gnu and 16gb of ram.

On PS7 the lobby is really clunky, where it will stutter and there is random 1-2second lag when switching tabs. Graphic issues happen where it shows white for about 50 milliseconds.

On both PS6 and PS7 keybindings for folding, checking and betting sometimes don't work and beeping happens when pressing them. Not really sure what causes this because after a couple minutes, keybindings will start working again.

Would really like all the options PS6 has on mac menu bar to show on PS7, even if it is assessable through the lobby. It is just way simpler, more organized and faster to navigate by using menu bar, then trying to memorize the lobby to get to stuff.

Feature Request (low priority) but would be cool to have is making the chat box better.
When i'm playing at x tables, it would be nice if the chat box would combine all the chat into one chat, where everything is visible. Currently you can detach all the chat boxes into one but clicking on each table to see if any chat has happened or to then start typing is really annoying. I think there must be a better way to design it and maybe it would improve chat because right now its pretty dead. I'm picturing a global chat, where it takes all the table players you are playing with and same with those players and combines it. Maybe tabs for cash, tournament and sit n goes.

In the latest build (9918) the "Time Warning" sound plays when a break ends. While I like the idea of playing a sound when the break ends, can you change it to something different? The first couple of times it sounded I panicked because I couldn't find the table that required my attention.

What is the logic of Stars for not making all games above NL600 ZOOM?

1. These games only play for bum hunting and seat scripting. If you make it ZOOM ONLY and make the player pool anonymous, then players have to play and generate rake for the chance to sit with a recreational player

Instead your current formula of seat scripting and bum hunting makes it so that players can bum hunt the rec player and take their money while generating the least amount of rake possible.

You realize that the ZOOM method creates more rake for poker stars and a better experience for the recreational player?

Yuuup, menu bar options are needed soooo bad. And, yes, I don't play on Stars 7 for a while now but it was pretty horrible (mainly the lobby).

It's a reasonable question - the simple anser is that PS6 is no longer stable enough for play. As we mentioned when we made the advanced access to PS6 available, it would only be temporary because that version was no longer supported. The code is not being maintained, modified or QA'd. If the poker client software was a stand-along application, that might not be a problem.

But it's not - it's part of a client-server system, and the server code has already been through a few build cycles since we stopped supporting PS6. As the server code evolves, the client code must be modified in concert (and vice-versa), otherwise the system breaks down.

At this point the static PS6 client code is no longer compatible with the latest server build, so we have to pull the plug on the advanced access.

As I mentioned in my previous post, the new client builds have several bug fixes and code optimizations that should resolve most of the lag issues for most of the players who were still experiencing them, and indeed we have received confirmation from players on the licenses that have already been updated that their lag issues have been cleared up.

We expect that, given the wide variability of player network access, computer specs, third-party application use and play style, that there may be a few players who still experience some lag effects after the latest updates. We will work with these players to investigate and identify the remaining sources of lag. We are committed to improving our poker software across many facets of performance and features, and will never stop striving to make it better.

@PS Keith, pls add 'tick all' and 'untick all' option on every filter column(where possible) , it becomes very annoying when you have to set your filter unticking all those games which I don't play.

Edit: Also +1 to PokerStars Client Update Progress Percentage wise and patch notes pls , there is no way to know how long will the update take

I'm on .be and mac, and also can't play on ps6 anymore.
PS7 is just still the same. When I play 6 or more tables it's unplayable!
Especially when there is 1 zoom tournament involved. I just sat out multiple hands again.

If this is your interpretation of "solved the issues for most part", than it stops here for a lot of players.
