I suggest to add a option on the Pokerstars Client to check/uncheck "automatically receive sattellite awards in T$ money". Its pretty lame to be obliged to play mtt's when you don't want to.

I find myself always having to manually unregister every single mtt seat I received through sattelites. And the worst part is when I win a seat for one mtt that began, that means I have to play it no matter what. It's pretty lame because sometimes I want to finish my sng session (i am a sng player), but I am forced to play that one mtt I got a seat on (for hours hours and hours in some cases!!) PLEASE do something about this. Add an option on the client for those who want to play sattellites and receive the T$ money right away instead of the tickets.

That way i could end my poker sessions and go to bed without being forced to play a long and boring mtt that mess up my scheduled completely!

lol at this. The purpose of a satelite is to award seats to a higher buyin tournament. In my opinion ALL satelites should mirror the policy for live sats and award "must play" seats in the first instance, only offering T$ for further entries that are won.

Stefan, this is a great feature but I noticed not all SNGs seem to have this info? Is it planned for every SNG available in the lobby? Also, add it for MTTs as has been requested before.

It is a known issue that when the client quits as a result of timing out notes/settings are not saved. It is in our plans to make graceful exits in all possible situations.

Here is another person who can't update his software. I think you must roll it out to all users or fix it immediately.

I did what the support asked of me and it stays the same. PokerStarsUpdate.exe does not prompt me to update. Removing your software and starting from scratch does not prompt me to update. Always it will be PokerStars 6 Build 7078.

How can I download latest version of PokerStars with newest features?

Any chance you guys can provide necessary files to HEM and PT so that your players who play on a Mac can get a HUD working while playing Zoom? I'm talking about taking similar action as OnGame regarding their Strobe tables. I personally think it's unfair towards players on Mac not being able to have a HUD working for Zoom tables.

What's everyones impressions on the BETA sounds? I haven't used them myself yet, but found Pokerstars normal sounds to be a little too harsh, and so replaced some of them (the timebank one for instance) with FTP's sounds.

How much of an improvement are the BETA sounds?

What about putting an option to automatically remove the pop ups where you have the only option to click yes or ok

For exemple, when you don't press yes or no for a waiting list and the time goes off, a pop up warns you that you were removed from that WL which is kind of annoying when you play 24 tables and you are on all the WL

Dunno if it's been asked before but I would really appreciate to have this option!

I sincerely prefer to receive T$ money right when I win my 1st sattelite, than having to wait for the same 2nd sattelite won, to start receiving in T$ money.

Why isnt there a option yet to do that? I dont want to play an mtt when I could do better things with my time (perhaps playing a bunch of sit and gos.)
but when that mtt, from the sattelite that ended when the mtt already started, pops up, I basically have to 1 table it cause I aint used to that stupid poker format. Im just used to sit and gos, thats it. If I really wanted to play an mtt I would go there with my money or T money and just register by myself! I know where the lobby is, if u know what i mean... ._.

I would be grinding a lot more of sattelites if the 'automatically receive in T money' option existed. But because it dont, I just never ever play sattelites now. I dont want to be forced to play a ***** 500$ mtt when I dont even beat a 10 dollar one. All I can say is goodbye sattelites for me. Until stars thinks about doing something...

Could you please include either:

a) Auto log-out of the client after x minutes of inactivity. If you let us choose how many minutes in the options screen it would be perfect.

or

b) Auto log-out if you attempt to log in from another location.

Sometimes I leave my client logged in at home by accident, and then I can't play on the mobile client all day which really sucks.

You can email support and they can log you out (they did it for me pre-BF, and it took less than 30 mins)

Nah, many people, including me, leave the client always open. For one thing, this is the ultimate account protection, as you will never get your account hacked remotely this way. Hackers can have your email, password, or birth certificate, doesn't matter. There are also other upsides of doing this.

There could be, however, an option to set the auto log-out after X minutes of inactivity for those interested. As long as it's not mandatory.

Different clients have a different version in the number. For example, the latest .EU client is 7078. The latest .COM client is 7106. Each other client, such as .FR, .IT etc has its own version number.

All those should have the new decks and the July features -- the numbers are different as .EU was deployed before .COM.

If you have 7078, but don't see the new decks for example, then pls let me know as there might be some other problem. But 7078 is the latest .EU client and we have not release an update to .EU since 7078, so you shouldn't worry about not having the latest client.

Edit: It actually seems that the latest .EU client does not have the new beta decks. We are looking into this.
