Wheres my notes???? I always lost em!!!!!!!! WHYYYYYY

is there any particular reason why its freezing my whole computer when i close the lobby??? it also lags badly when i log in which has been happening for the last few weeks but the freezing on closing only happened today.
my notes.xml file is only ~60000kb so dont think thats the problem from reading those other notes threads.

That might be the problem. I think the notes file should typically be a few hundred kb. Mine is only 420kb and I got a bunch of notes. After applying the fix in the other threads mine went from 300mb to 420kb. Before Pokerstars would lag badly on start up and close.

I have a lot of notes too, and deletes all the time. And the software freezes at the starting/closing like hell!!!

I have a lot of notes and my file is currently 200kb. If you open the notes.xml file with a file editor, you will see areas that have gone "berzerk" and I mentioned in a previous post, it appears when using some foreign characters. Primarily "A" with anything like accents, or "~" or "`" and such. Following that first time it finds those, it will then start looping (repeating) that players foreign characters over and over.

Once you see that area, just delete that player completely. You may find more than one instance, just page down the file and delete them. Save the file and it should (until stars gets this resolved) make your lag and freezing less of a problem.

Hate to bump my own post, but it is ridiculous how i am not allowed to see other players chip counts if they are sitting out. There is no reason for it. My only guess was that this is fine for cash and they were too lazy to think about tournaments as every basic tournament strategy involves chip counts.

Yes, i know i can hover my mouse over their name which works about 20% for me. Most of the time i have to load up the tourney lobby and wait for it to load. By the time it loads i'm sitting out myself. So I then have to decide is it worth the effort or should I lower my table count significantly which lowers Stars/my profit.

It's a little thing, but when I switch the lobby filter on and off why do the options have to pop up every time? I only want to switch the filter on and off.

The button is already split into two, so why can't the green light bit be used just to switch it on and off, and the name bit be used to bring up options if you actually want to change the filters.

As I mentioned filters, I also just thought this would be good..... how about a way to save a few of your more frequent filter settings, like you can save a few table layouts. Avoids having to go and reset the whole thing each time you change to another of your preferred searches.

is anything being done about the HU action? What HU action? There is none. Nobody plays anyone above 1/2.

Solution? Same as party's 5/10 level.

40 max tables per level,you can sit at as many as you want, you have to defend your table to keep it otherwise you get kicked off.

Please get this unnecessary text off the tables or offer an option to block it..If there already is someone please tell me where it is

At the moment only hands from the current session, and only up to a certain maximum number of the most recent hands, can be reviewed using the hand replayer. It would be good if older hands could be retrieved from the Hand History folder which gets stored on the player's computer, so that they too could be reviewed using the hand replayer at a later date.

would be great if the vip store would show which stellar rewards i have already purchased. or am i just too stupid to see it?

Well, I'm not going to judge your I.Q. but...

Go to cashier>history and make sure you set it back far enough, like 21 days or whatever. It will show all your bonuses, including the stellar awards.

but it would really be nice to see if i missed one by just showing which rewards i already bought.

delete a bonus from the lobby after I have purchased it, not a huge deal, but why are the $10 stellar rewards still even visible? At least just show as bought or something

An option to remove the fairly annoying 'red spade' that the pro players have. I don't need to see that.

Also an option to block the 'red text' announcement spams that you guys do on sundays etc. I play cash just an unnecessary distraction, even if minor.

A cap for SNG play the same way you have a cap for cash play. This is a no brainer. I should be able to limit myself at sngs, cash and mtts separately if for no other reason than to further prevent a hacker/shady girlfriend from destroying my BR overnight, though unlikely with my RSA and no save password.....shiit happens.

a 'join all waitlists' would be BALLER!!!!!!!!!!! for cashgames. You want me on your tables right? make it go faster and let me join them all, then UNJOIN the ones i dont want, rather than the opposite. I spend too much time and energy trying to keep 24 tables up. You can fix this easy im sure

Would stop accidents too. Once, years ago, I inadvertently regged for a 57.50 heads-up SNG and someone else regged for it about 1 nanosecond after me, before I could unreg again. I was crushed, both literally in that game by a superior player, and also mentally afterward because it was a huge chunk of my bankroll gone because of a misclick.

In ring game table, there is a "Sit out next blind" checkbox.
Can we have an option to automatically close the table when it indeed "Sit out next blind"?

Please, open NLO8 sit&go tables!!
As you are very well aware they are much more popular than the PLO you have and some day even you will have to take your customers seriously.

You might also at least consider the option for a bigger slider, which would make it possible to play a lot more tables and to make the betsize you want without giving a timingtell every time again.

Fortunately I am a non US player and I can move to Party if I have to.
Who cares, but other people read this too and might be non US as well.

I know this is "not on top of your priorities list" (if you are serious about improvements you should share such a list with us) and you opened a special e-mail address for ideas.
Meanwhile most of the problems mentioned in this thread don't actually get solved.

Did you read TeamTrousers reply? You know this happens a lot at PS, especially since you have the s&g tables jump up and down -you know what I mean-.
You had a lot of complaints about this and it is really easy to fix it, but you refuse to and make up a stupid excuse instead.
Just one example of how serious you take these complaints.
