Curious what happened with money from interrupted cash game pots, money got split between both players or whoever action it was on timed out first so lost the pot?

Is PokerStars support really unresponsive these days? Haven't played on Stars in a long while (since March) and have zero balance, wanted to log in about 15 days ago and discovered that my RSA token had expired, couldn't find the password sheet so contacted support. They asked me to answer some questions and/or send them a copy of my documents, which I did both. Since then, just silence from them. I sent them three emails asking for updates, no response at all. Is this normal? In the past, they used to reply to any inquiries right away.

Lol the only way I can log in is with restricted access (since I don't have a valid RSA token), and with restricted access the "Contact Us" functionality is blocked.

They did respond to my first email (when they asked for my proof of identity), just nothing since, so I am wondering if they are still working on it or what.

They respond to my out of client emails just fine. They just take time.

I remember lot of ppl use many different custom layouts. I never did... i always used whatever theme was available on stars such as classic or nova etc. But nobody can use any other themes now because of aurora?



Also... does a certain theme not make your laptop lag? I tried classic, black etc and once it hits 12 tables, there is a bit of lagging. There was not issue with this previous before aurora. I notice carbon doesn't seem to lag as much but not sure if this is the case? But the chip stacks are hard to look at with carbon though.



On animation, do you all basically disable everything off Such as disable or low for everything?

Does anyone find it lags less if you disable animation for dealing cards? Turbo shows it way too fast.


It looks strange just having your cards shown without it being dealt and the flop/turn/river just showing up without the cards being dealt whether preflop/postflop.


But does that help the lag? Who here could play 12 tables and it not lag?

Thats what im thinking. But some ppl in the thread mentioned they play more tables than that... someone i recall said they played 25 tables and one person said 30. Is it lagging for those people. Anything over 12 tables it lags to unbearable where you cannot click on anything etc.


Does the theme you put possibly make the lag better? Example if you choose carbon theme vs the other ones? Also... you can't use any other custom themes anymore and have to use only the ones available right?

anyone noticed increased zoom hands/hour with aurora?
