Any chance you could show in the lobby which seat on a table is free and have a 'take seat' button, would save me having to open a table and insta-close it when i see that the free seat is on the left of like 5 regs. iPoker has this feature btw and their software sucks!

When can we expect to see tournament tickets for the HOT tourneys in the VIP store?
And why do you rake turbo tourneys the same as normal ones? (e.g. big 55 / hot 55) Should be less for obvious reasons

Given what caused this and the fact this has been going on for almost 5 years there must be others with simular problems, that can only be fixed by PokerStars. -I assume all the issues I complained about the past years and am still facing today are caused by this, because they are all controlled by this user ini file.-
I haven't been able to play real poker all that time because I can't even control my !@#$%^& betsizes.


Lately unfortunately I discovered some more problems I had not mentioned yet.

One is I lose my sound on some tables -while it keeps working on the others- which causes me to time- and sit out. Many tourneys I sat out the whole time not aware of this. Now that I am aware of it it still happens many times and I constantly have to doublecheck all the tables if I am not sitting out anywhere.

Another is I can't play with my tables stacked -which I hate anyway by the way, but PS forces me to do this with the supersmall boxes and sliders- because I am clicking the wrong tables all the time.
I don't even dare to click anything anymore. Especially annoying are the snap folds with the nuts after I bet out myself and the 5-betting of potcommitted supernits with 9 4. Everybody thinks I am an idiot and that impression is reinforced by the weird bets I always -have to- make.

Also I noticed the problems change all the time; they come and go it seems, but more come than go.
You never know what will hit you next.


You have no idea how mad I am at PokerStars.
They have tortured me for almost 5 years which cost me a lot of money for many reasons.
One I haven't mentioned before is I was forced to move to FullTilt.
(only after discussing the reasons for that with PS in a last attempt to prevent this)
Possibly I won't see back my money there, because PS decided to sabotage the GBT deal.

But worst of all; PS knew about this for at least some time.
Otherwise the mail I got would not have been standardized.
Apparently they don't care, because only a small portion of their player base is effected by this.

Of course that is very unfair to the group that is severely handicapped by PokerStars.
Players that can control their betsizes obviously have a huge advantage over players that can't, especially without all the tilt inducing features we experience constantly.

This can't be solved on a personal level, I have blocked thousands of player images the past years.
The only solution is to fix this for everybody or offer new clean accounts to the people affected.
Also IMO you should get rid of the blocking option and other causes for the problems (that are unknown to me) immediately and inform everybody about them, before more people get infected.
May be you could share these other causes that are known to PS with us now?

Oh, and finally, everytime I have brought up these issues the past years I was called a troll and PS has never stepped in to confirm these problems were very real. If they had admitted that back then it could have been prevented the problems got so much worse, because I kept blocking more images, digging my own grave.
As long as PS is not open about this many people will keep digging more graves.
All of them will hate PS after they figured out what happened and how it could have been prevented.

Dude if ur having a million issues that nobody else is having then its just possible that it might not be the client. Just putting that out there. Have you tried playing on another machine?

Dude, PS has confirmed the problem lies with them.
If you block too many player images you will have the same, go ahead and try it.

If you have soooooooooooo many rage tilt inducing issues and if the stars client is so ****ing annoying, then

A) why are you still attempting to play there

B) why does everyone else think stars client is the best out there?

I've played on stars for about 8 years now and never had a single problem with it, yet if yours was the first review I'd read then I'd think it's terrible lol

- Make [country] a different and sortable column, so people can find their country fellows in large fields which makes railing a lot easier in bigger tourneys like SCOOP, Sunday Million etc.

And probably you missed my previous 2 suggestions as you didn't comment on it, while you commented every other suggestion above and below my suggestions:

- Please add a countdown to next level clock in the table window for SNGs.
- Please make it possible to save filters as favorite (with the option to save multiple favorites)

So you are one of the guys with the unfair advantage over me.
I pay rake just like you, I shouldn't have had a single problem either!

PS has the option to block player images, how was I supposed to know I shouldn't use that?

wait, so you've had these HUGE problems plaguing you for YEARS now. have you tried to uninstall then reinstall the software?

I believe Stars T&C states that you should only sit at a table with the intention of playing.

Problem is that a lot of players fill up waitlists/seats with no intention of playing whatsoever unless a recreational player should come and sit to their right.

The software should boot players not posting big blind at a table while playing other tables.

This also happened to me a couple of times playing 10NL and 25NL Zoom.

SitOutOnNextBB is still bugging like crazy. Seriously, how can the following bug still not have been fixed?! (It has been pointed out for months by several players and explained in depthl!!!):

• You're masstabling stacked.
• You press SitOutNextBB (don't close) via the Session Option button.
• You're about to click fold/raise on a table where you are next to act..
• BOOM! Another table steals focus showing you you are now sitting out (I'm back button)
• The table i was about to act upon is hidden (behind in the stack)
• That table and all tables i am still being dealt in (to act on) times out because a now-sitting-out-table is at the top of the stack. <-- ?!!?!??!!?!

Please can you put a filter on zoom, so I stop joining the wrong one by accident?

I don't think it's a bug, tables are programmed to pop up when you sit out right? Because they always seemed to for me, though I have since turned off "pop up table on action". I always assumed this happened when you sat out to make sure you know you're sat out so you can leave and don't end up blocking tables.

Sit out on next BB works fine for Zoom, don't change this feature in any way please.

How are we this far along Pokerstars and we still can't save multiple tourney filters? Should have been done long ago!

Mentioned this before but a server/cloud based note system that can be accessed and appended from mobile and other clients is really needed, don't Pokerstars realise we're in a "post-PC world™ "

I just send an email to support of Stars for this:

Making an automatic hand selection fold preflop.

You select a range of hands from a chart you want to automatically fold, and what position.

This way, 24 tabling would be a LOT more easier and fast.

If this was suggested before, let me know. For me , it would be a great improvement.
