I'm using a slightly customized hyper simple theme and, as i said, it's after the update one big mess. Background and table felt has changed to some gray default ****, and several of my customized buttons, labels and details has been reset to the default.

Also, The new Table Themes (Beta) doesn't work. If I choose my custom theme, changing felt color or background manually has no effect whatsoever, not even in preview. And the whole window is bugging when you click Apply->OK, it doesn't disappear.

I'm a bit surprised you roll out stuff that hasn't been tested enough. Especially since there is no way to go back to previous version of the client, or use the "old" table theme dialogues. Bad, bad, and bad.

When will all this be fixed?

That is because your resolution is much lower.
My boxes are precisely 0.09 square centimeter big on effectively a 2135 square centimeter surface!
Try clicking those thousands of times a day, years in a row and I am sure you would get my point.
It is guaranteed to cause stress, no matter how good your eyes are.

if you are using table mods and card mods using a special launcher for the pokerstars app. you might wanan hold off on closing the client

I just tried to log in on an old client that I haven't updated in over a month because I have table/card mods and the app launcher I use bypasses the autoupdate that stars uses. But today I was forced to update with that weird red box pop up. After I downloaded the update, stars relaunched but then said I had to update again.... and it never stopped. I had to uninstall pokerstars and re-download from their website. then i reinstalled all my old mods and everything is some-what normal again

I had to delete PS and do a clean install to finally get it to work

Issues with client updates and themes is one thing, but when stuff like location is missing on more and more players each hour at the tables, you really have a problem.

I mean, what's the next screwup from you guys? Perhaps hide the actual player names as well? Or maybe something more humorous, like messing up the table names so that you think you're sitting down at a micro table when it's in fact $50/$100? The big mass would love that, I'm sure..

Iirc missing location is for all the spanish players who will be switching to .es from June 5th. I certainly recognise some spanish shorties who have no location atm.

It's because new image files for the table background are being used (filenames are different etc). Go through the files, will take you some time --> photoshop copy paste to your custom theme folder and u are done.

If you have made any customization whatsoever to your theme, it will most probably mess up completely.

Themes which Pokerstars has repeatedly said they don't support, so quit whining and get busy with photoshop/GIMP or something. Update broke my deck, all I had to do was paste the old card backs over the new image file twice because cardback.bmp is now twice as wide, boom fixed. Themes are probably more difficult to mess with which is partly why I stopped bothering with them.

If you access themes dialog from table it will select table profile for you automatically... Just don't use menu option if you want to use different profiles!

Yes, you will be seated at a table, post blinds and auto fold. You can come later and start playing.

As .be player I can only get €-bonuses, while I can only play and thus rake on $ tables.

Euro will likely drop a bit further, so it'll get worse.

I love the zoom client and I'm using it everyday during my daily commute to work however I'm not sure if this has been asked before but on zoom mobile can we please please please be able to request more than 200 hands at a time?

It's pretty annoying to have to stop multiple times an hour to request hh to email so I can import them into my tracker when I get home.
