Trying to download the software on my new laptop and getting this error.

Has anyone had any issues with surrounding networks not in range for signal triangulation? I utilize hotspots to help with this process, but a wireless extender (which was recommended by Stars,) doesn’t extend all networks, only YOUR network which isn’t my problem. I would like to know if anyone has found any device that will enhance all surrounding signals and not only the network you sign into. I’d like a permanent fix and not simply turning on hotspots on my phone and iPad every time I play. Thanks

This is probably a dumb question, but do the 3 welcome bonuses only apply to the casino and not poker? I ask because it is very clear that you need to earn 5 redemption points per $1 of bonus, and it looks like you only earn redemption points from poker.

Am I missing something, or is this clearly just a casino bonus promotion?

FWIW after talking with poker staff at Mt Airy there is not likely to ever be any sort of comps rewarded from online play. Also there is no pokerstars office or liaison at the casino and they have little contact with PS at all.

Excuse me for my English.
I was a hobby poker player at pokestars and played micro stakes hyper heads up. Not long ago my account was closed by pokerstars. After 2 weeks of with this justification: chip dumping. In response, I asked them to send evidence like the hand history in question, assuming I was cheating. They refuse to send, they do not reply to my emails.
I never cheated, I don't know what would make sense for a chip dumping on a heads up game.
That would be a question for me, so it must be guaranteed without showing the hand history in question, so it can certainly be guaranteed without a reason.
Unfortunately, my entire bankroll stuck unfairly, my question is who can I turn to for what I can do against a pokerstars?

That happens on my computer (mac) 9 times out of 10. I have to wait till session is over, log off, then sign in on my phone or iPad to open the chest.

Anybody having connection issues? At start of every session my program crashes when I’m opening new or more tables.

I’ve emailed support and they give me a new answer every time: I.e. “restart computer”, “erase cache”, “uninstall, reinstall”... they have no idea what they are doing. I send them logs and I swear they don’t even look at them.

Hey guys. So today parx, rivers, and wind creek bethlehem are shutting down for 2 weeks. My question is if mount airy closes will that result in pokerstars pa shutting down as well? We all know pokerstars pa is affiliated with mount airy and am just wondering how that works!?

I literally came here to say, screw this this trash can, masquerading as poker stars. I went through every page and realized we all have experienced the short, uninterested, and unhelpful responses from the customer service team. There is literally 3 people in the whole department. I started off fine the first week, the next week I’m restricted from playing?!

It turns out I had to verify my identity?(1 week later)? Anyway, weeks go by, I win a 50 dollar tournament for 1400. At midnight, my account is banned?! Wtf?! I reach out to customer service and their response is “We have to verify more information before you can play or withdrawal?! . I wait a week and email them again. Their response is You have been banned permanently until issues with ****** account is resolved.

I naturally respond with “what the hell does that have to do me”? We can’t tell you anything about anyone else’s account?! Okay so I’m basically screwed. It dawned on me a few days later that I helped my mom get registered when PokerStars first went live. Well, I talked to her and she put herself on the DNP list. I guess because I have a close association with her(lives a hour and a half away) I’m banned for good?! Wtf. How is that even possible. I can’t wait until party poker comes to demolish these clowns.
