I heard back, was told the issue was fixed and I should be able to login.

I still can't get in. Awaiting reply. Hopefully this is fixed asap. Sigh.

You don't need to be connected to WiFi for them to locate you and be able to play correct? I can play from my phone using cell service?

Can't get into my account for over 36 hours now. I've reached out to support and/or security several times via every way I could find. It took 12 hours to get this reply:

We have now corrected the issue and updated your account, we kindly ask that you please try to log in once again.

If you are unable to login or reset your password, after trying to log in once more, please let us know so we may provide a temporary password for you.

I promptly replied to that email, submitted a new ticket via the desktop client, and drafted new emails directly to support@pokerstarspa.com and security@starsaccountpa.com MULTIPLE times. It's now over 24 more hours and I've heard not a word.

This should not happen in the first place, and the fact that it's talking this long is a disgrace.

To add some thoughts...

I'm opening diamond chests right now and had this not happened I'd be opening black chests via play all weekend. That's the highest rewards Tier. This would never happen in a million years at a B&M casino (which this may as well be at the moment due to the pandemic) in a million years. And if it did, that person (especially but not limited to top tier rewards members) would probably be comped massively. I'm sure I'll get zilch whenever they feel like getting it resolved. This is a State licensed and regulated casino by the way. If I had to guess, any other online casino or poker site regulated by Malta or Timbuktu would have had this resolved nearly instantly. Oh...casinos are taking a hit by COVID-19 you say? Well, I play games other than poker at Parx, Hollywood, Unibet, and Rivers, and I've never had problems reaching them for issues not remotely close to as severe as being unable to access my account. 3/4 I know have live chat for most of the day, some list phone numbers, and I believe Hollywood has live chat 24/7. But the one using the most recognizable name in the industry is all but ghosting me. And the sad part is that I will absolutely remain a customer, because where else can I play poker?? (I do know of a few international places obv).

Anyone got any tips or other contacts to get a response from PokerStars?

They asked for ID verification despite my account already being verified previously. I supplied documents anyways but not getting any replies for a month now with money stuck in withdrawal.

So I completed Chests and Ladders, and went to open the last chest that's supposed to be either $100 or $500, and instead I got 20 Free Spins and 20 Free Spins... I contacted support, we'll see if I hear back.

These appear to have an EV of $2.50 each, so if this is all you get for completing the entire Chests and Ladders despite advertising an EV of $140, that really sucks. I was looking forward to the little sweat to see if I could bink the $500...

Has anyone here received a cash prize of more than .20 or .50 for the Ace promo or thins new codex thing?

These are the only two prizes I have won or have heard on ANYONE winning.

Mostly 2$, but I've gotten a few 5$ prizes.

So what's everyone been doing with their casino bonuses? I've been trying to go on a run at Blackjack but so far have struck out every time. The probability of coming out alive there doesn't seem very high.

I didn't pay much attention during the Ace promo because I was so confused at first as to where all these chests were coming from, but yeah I think I got mostly .50

I'll pay more attention during codex but have so far gotten 0.20 and 0.50.

The worst is when you're on your last bonus $5 and you're dealt an 11 with like a 6 showing, so you have to double-down with your own cash. I'm 1 for 2 on these.

But effectively 0 for 2 since in the end I've always died so far...

Just saw this. Trying it now, we'll see if that stops things. If not, I also saw the other posts about slots -- thanks for the info.

I am exactly the kind of casino fish they are hoping to lure with these things, because I did play some Blackjack on non-bonus money the other night. Only ended up down $10 in the end, but I shudder at what might happen if I have a little too much to drink one night...

The echecks in and out are super easy and quick, averaging 2 days for a withdraw.

Ok but they advertised a 90% chance of $100 and a 10% chance of $500, these have an expected value of $2.50 a piece according to the thing under My Stars when you click on the free spins. So they basically just lied in their promo?

I did end up winning over $100 off of it anyway, so maybe they just did it like this and rigged it to be over $100 to try to get me hooked on slots?

Is what it is, I guess. Nowhere else to play yet, and they know it.

Good to hear, thanks.

As far as software and HUD's and all of that, it's been so long since I played online. Do you still buy like Hold'em Manager and use HUD's? Man I feel old haha.

HM3 and PT4 both work with PS.PA. You can’t have any equity calculator, of any kind (equilab, Flopzilla, ICMIZER, PioSOLVER, etc,) open. It will give you an error when opening or send you an email advising of their softwares policy.

Good to know, thanks for the info.

Are people still using HUD's? I used to have VP$IP, PFR, 3-Bet % and # of hands in mine I believe. Are these still the standard metrics of use today?

No point in using a HUD everyone's solid.
