Has anyone else had the VISA deposit option disappear on them? Was gone on my bcp so I checked acr, which still had the option last night. Then today I check and its disappeared on acr too. Anyone been able to re-open the visa option?

DJImm i had same issue they told me to email security I did and they told me it was removed based on securities judgement it was weird but my blackchip still has option happened about a month ago.

Yea I was told in an email from security today that my "machine" or IP address has been "flagged" & that they cannot explain it any further than that. Pretty concerning. I believe I recently noticed a small deposit I made on bovada being credited back to my bank account but money stayed on vada and never heard anything from bank. This is within the last week & I used my regular debit card instead of netspend (I was too lazy to go to the store) & I think this may have somethig to do with all of it. Either way I feel as if my accounts especially my reg bank acct is being watched but I tend to lean towards paranoia too often haha. I'd be interested to hear from others if anyone else has experienced this recently.

Make sure you leave the money in your bank that you deposited for Bovada because this happens to me also but it usually reverts back and pays Bovada in a few days.

Couple of verification questions when it comes to cashing out:

Does my ID have to have the same address as I have listed on my acr account (I asked this because I recently moved, this can be changed easily for $20 at the DMV if its a must.)

Also as far as a bill go, I can provide a bil with this address but it will not be in my name because none of the bills are in my name, will this be good enough?

Anyone had any of the troubles above? (Probably not but worth asking ....)

I've deposited with a Visa CC recently. Bitcoin is also a pretty good way to go.

I had a check bounce recently. I sent all info regarding the matter, canceled check, bank statements, etc. I was refunded the next day.

We all know this stuff is possible in today's landscape. I was very impressed with their response time and actions.

I think you should be fine, I also recently moved and the bills were not under my name but if you can at least get a bank statement or something that has your name and address, they should approve it...just make sure you let support know ahead of time before sending the documents, and ask what they specifically need for your situation. It worked for me, GL.

on 12/14 i requested a withdrawal but they couldn't process it because the original cc that i used to deposit had been lost. So they simply decided to refund my card that i had deposited on. after three months and contacting them several times there is no refund. they swear up and down that it was refunded but my statements don't show it. of course i have a new credit card number but the original number should be honored for refunds. I don't really know what to do ... it's been processed to their security team but they haven't responded. Has anybody had problems when faced with a "credit card refund"?
