had some classic WPN server lag this afternoon while my tables on other sites were just fine. i assume the overload of Sunday tourneys causes this? I also played the million where everything shut down because of this overload catastrophe.

was 2 tabling $100 husngs and everything froze. took about 20 minutes to log back in and when i did obv the tourneys were done and my opponent had blind raped me to end the tourneys and steal the prize.

(if you're reading this, **** YOU StationSteve because we played again later and I asked you to be ethical and refund and I would gladly continue giving you action like i always do and you ignored me)

black chip support says they will do nothing because it wasn't on their end. i play these games everyday and have been grinding on black chip for years. they just dismiss me like they could care less about their players being treated fairly.

Can someone help?

Not sure about your issue specificly but the lag today around 5:30pm EST was network wide. They promptly shut down every 50NL table I was sitting at and things seemed to resume again in a few minutes. Not sure if some plauers were still able to act for a brief time when the lag started or not.

Okay, Black Chip wound up handling this properly in the end! I did have to email them pretty pissed off (like 4 times) and come to 2+2 but they did reimburse the buyins just now.

Maybe this could be a little simpler of a process in the future but I think it shows class that they finally listened. Hopefully no more laggy Sundays!

Can you deposit with cash and withdraw through bitcoin or can you only withdraw with bc if you deposit bc

I was recently given ACR free $25 to play with. I normally play on BCP so I tried withdrawing it and then got an email saying they cancelled the withdrawal and put the funds back in my account.

Here's a piece of the message:
"You must generate at least a 10% of rake revenue over the amount transferred to be eligible for a one time exception."

My question is do I have to rake 10% of $25 OR would it have to be 10% of the withdrawal amount?

for you guys that always withdrew through debit for $2500, would $2498 always arrive on your card like mine did? i assumed the missing $2 everytime was just standard fees even though i get $5 charged monthly for the card. but this time i got sent $2495.50. i know its only $2.5 but its annoying if its gonna be happening everytime from now on.

Mine was exactly the same amount as yours. Its probably fees taken out right away rather than once it hits your card.

Can I use Neteller/Skrill for deposit/withdrawals at ACR ? I am a EU player.

They did the exact same bull**** to Me and I'm cash game whale it amazes me how good customer support was when I first signed up as well as processing speed. They don't give a rats ass so I'm giving all my action to the locals at the casino. Just want to say that I'm extremely dissatisfied with winning poker network and no longer recommend them nor trust them

all of a sudden today ACR has no record of my card I used to deposit onto the site

I got charged $4.50 on my most recent cashout to the debit card too.

Anyone know if they are charging more now for this? While that extra fee is annoying it's important for us to know this so we are sure to leave enough on the card at all times to cover the monthly fees,etc...

Has anyone used the voucher method to deposit on BCP? I was told it would work by one of their reps and when i went to use it, I got an error message saying "the gateway is not available due to some restrictions." I called them 4 times and got 3 different answers, and one guy just hung up on me after putting me on hold. The last guy told me the voucher couldn't be used by first time customers and that I could get a refund from the voucher site, just so he could get off the phone with me. I got on the site and there is no reference anywhere to getting a refund. Really ****ing pissed right now.

Can someone explain how this 500 dollar million gtd is going to work for cashing out. I understand ACR is doing a free wire for the entire final table but I'm having a hard time seeing how the person who wins it could casually get a 200k wire to his account from a presumably off shore bank account considering this is unregulated and 'illegal'? I'm not very informed on the state of cashouts with these unregulated sites having been off bovada for a few months now but any info would be greatly appreciated.
