I have sent multiple emails to black chip poker over the last several days and have not received a single response and yes I have checked my spam folder.
I tried livechat but they were absolutely no help. I had a declined transaction that was stuck in processing for a week so I hit up live chat during that time and two seperate representitives told me that everything was fine and I would receive the money in a day or two. then it was declined and when I inquired as to why I was told that my account wasn't certified. I knew this was bull because my account was certified 11/22/13 and I still have the email in my inbox to prove it.
So then I tried another chat rep who said my account was indeed certified and the transaction was declined because I didn't leave enough in the account to cover the fee (I assumed the fee came out of the actual money and not my poker account). So I sent another request on 3/18/15 and it is still processing as of now.
Don't have much hope this one will go through either. But getting 4 different answers from 4 different chat reps really pissed me off, the incompetence is astounding and on top of that I can't get a response from

Support@BlackChipPoker.eu to confirm if my account is actually certified or not. sorry for the rant but I'm hella frustrated
