I'm fairly certain that the DOJ doesn't get involved in credit card refunds.

Also, what you are suggesting would be a very bad for everyone else that uses this forum. I suggest that you call their 800# and ask to speak to a manager about the issue. Be polite, but factual, and try to come to resolve the matter in another way.

WPN is not "ripping you off" - They pay everyone, and quickly. There is clearly some misunderstanding and/or miscommunication somewhere in the chain of involved parties (bank, CC company, CC processor, WPN)

sir is there any difference between chat reps and 800# reps? - I've contacted them three times. Each time I get a different story - the last time I asked they forwarded it to a security team and I haven't heard from them since.

I personally asked someone from WPN to get in touch with you on 2+2. I expect the WPN rep here will contact you. You can be proactive and contact the WPN rep yourself. They are listed as an admin of the forum, aqua colored name, bottom of the main WPN forum screen.

still didn't get my check today either and come in here to see just another problem with winning. seems like lots of problems again when check comes ill be the 1st one in here eating my words til then ill remain skeptical of this sites operations as one can only be after 4/15/2011

You can withdrawal cash from those debit cards? Didn't know that. So you just get a PIN number and can take out if any ATM? That's pretty cool

online reload through either bank debit card or echeck would be very nice.

How did you guys get the forms to verify your account? I went onto live chat Friday and they told me to email security to request the forms which I did right away. The weekend passed and I still hadn't received a reply (yes I checked my spam folder). Went onto live chat again yesterday morning to see if there was any other way to get the forms and was told they would be emailed to me asap. 24+ hours later and still nothing. Today marks day 5 of just trying to get the forms and I still don't have them. Makes me wonder how long it will take them to verify my account once I send that in. Is there any other way to get these forms?

I emailed them a picture of my state ID and a cell phone bill, took 1 business day to get the OK from security.

This can't be normal right? I didn't think processing took that long, I've contacted support twice and was told everything was fine and I would have the money yesterday or today but it' I've got nothing and it's still listed as processing under my transactions

i requested pay2card on thursday night 3/12 and it was approved the next day. still waiting on the funds tho, i dont know what to tell you. processing shouldnt take that long. hope my money comes lol

quick question, I filled out the application and sent my documents for the debit card earlier today (around 12 hours ago) and have not received any type of confirmation email. Will they email me once the documents have been accepted or am I supposed to check the mail daily?

I have sent multiple emails to black chip poker over the last several days and have not received a single response and yes I have checked my spam folder.

I tried livechat but they were absolutely no help. I had a declined transaction that was stuck in processing for a week so I hit up live chat during that time and two seperate representitives told me that everything was fine and I would receive the money in a day or two. then it was declined and when I inquired as to why I was told that my account wasn't certified. I knew this was bull because my account was certified 11/22/13 and I still have the email in my inbox to prove it.

So then I tried another chat rep who said my account was indeed certified and the transaction was declined because I didn't leave enough in the account to cover the fee (I assumed the fee came out of the actual money and not my poker account). So I sent another request on 3/18/15 and it is still processing as of now.

Don't have much hope this one will go through either. But getting 4 different answers from 4 different chat reps really pissed me off, the incompetence is astounding and on top of that I can't get a response from Security@BlackChipPoker.eu or Support@BlackChipPoker.eu to confirm if my account is actually certified or not. sorry for the rant but I'm hella frustrated

did a money gram for 700 got it in like 24 hrs but it cost an arm and a leg at 85 bucks also western union was down which is slightly better than moneygram
