Any time I make a deposit or a withdrawal request I always record the process on my phone. And that goes for any poker site. Just to make sure if something happens, I have proof of what I did.

To be blunt, if you're going to leave WPN, just go. As with a lot of forums way too many people here feel that their participation here or their roll on the site actually have an effect on the grand scheme of things, life will go on if your valuable rolls are off the site, this thread will go on if the people who constantly say they're done are actually done, seriously these sob stories suck and nobody cares. Where are the $3.00 & $1.50 PLO Reg. SNG?

I used to play ACR a lot and haven't played in a while because of all the issues. Decided to play some last night and in the tournaments they kept saying I was moved to new table and dealing everyone a card to see who the button would be even though we were at the same table. I just finished doing a live chat with support and they tell me the two following statements:
1. That does not mean that the tables or the tournaments were not able to be played by you or the other players.
2. I am actually replaying the hands and i see the button in different places of the table.
They obviously don't see this as a problem. I know stupid of me to play but it's easier than driving the 2 hours to AC when I feel like gambling. Just wanted to let everyone know what I was seeing last night.

I use HM3 and it works perfect, I forgot to quote but someone above asked about hm2 which did not work but hm3 did.

Anyone on here who is trying to turn this around on the players is ridiculous and part of the reason why things dont get fixed, telling people to stop complaining is one of the dumbest things I ever heard of. Of course you complain, then you move to protest if complaining doesn't work. Sitting around doing nothing does not fix the problem, so I say to the people that tell other that are complaining to stop coming here, No you stop coming here. We have every right to want this site to get fixed and if this forum gets read by anyone at ACR then this is one of the best placing to come speak. Its just like a couple years ago I complained about the site being fishy(bots and collusion) these same types of people just tell you that you suck and get better. They make you feel dumb for having valid complaints.(I dont see those people anymore because everyone was right about the bots).

I don't think they have had regular PLO SNG's at that buy in for about a year, they HAD turbo/hyper turbo. Looking now they have just the $10. NO PLO8 $3 and $1.5, if that is what you mean. I dunno why they kept taking down SNG variety. I play the PLO/PLO8 SNG's, although not much now with the site the way it is. Even without the bad software, just not much to play if you don't like long LR straight up NLHE. Turbo SNG's are way better IMO, these regular SNG's take SOOO long now.

People complain about the bugs in cash, which is OK, just stop playing if they are losing you so much money. Keep playing knowing bugs are costing you money, kinda degen to complain and then just keep loading.

The real hypocrites are the guys saying, "if you are going to go, then go." Well dude, it is hard to go when the site owes players rb/points/rewards. And won't say how much money they owe players or when players will get paid their money.

Every single WPN player or should I say former player has the right to come into the WPN thread and ask WHERE IS MY MONEY? And when it is over 4 weeks later with no answers, then many will find it prudent to withdrawal their roll...and wait for it, say they are withdrawing their roll in the WPN 2+2 public forum thread.

It really is amazing that people are complaining that others are mad. How dumb is this site. They infested with bots and still raked plenty. Somehow found a way to make it worse.

There is a difference between coming here and being constructive or coming here to just troll.

There hasnt been over the last few days anything constructive and I dont have an update for you. The software page gets updated very regularly. I have been dealing with issues via pm.

However, coming here in protest doesnt speed up the process. We are working on everything we can with or without the protests. Its in our best interest for obvious reasons for everything to be 100% as fast as we can.

On another note I am going to vegas so I wont be on here everyday. I will check PM's only whilst im away but I wont be checking the thread. So for issues go there and I will be checking very often.

I would just say try and not get frustrated and mad for certain things because it wont help speed up the process what so ever. Try and stay calm and dont play here if your that mad. We will get there but dont stress yourselves out about it.

I have grown to like wpn. It seems like a lot of the regs went to sites like global poker/ iggy cause they were fed up with the software. I just stayed patient kept playing on it and its paying off for me. Pav is crushing the site. Don't know about the rest of you but i have seen a lot more fish on the site then before.

I have had more issues with other sites then acr. Global I have had cashier issues with money missing, iggy when it was bovada constantly bounced checks on me, full flush would take 3 months to pay me, i can go on and on. If i had to list the top poker sites for americans i would put bol number 1 (softest, no tech issues for me), acr 2 (safest with deposit and withdrawals, some tech issues), global 3 ( getting more regs and cashier has issues with missing money, worst tech issues) and iggy 4 ( anonymous players= easier to cheat I don't trust the model as much as the others, but a lot of action).

You guys act like we have a ton of choices for americans. This is what we have and we can knit pick about every site. They all have issues. Just play on all of them and quit complaining. Sooner or later you will bink something on all of them.

Only fools trust blindly. While i'm not going to say whether they will fix this or not, maybe they will, this idea that everything is/will be OK just because you say so means nothing.
