From what I've read on hear you have to look at RB as 20% cuz of the Beast take.

The same thing happens to me, though the note and label reappear randomly later. Additionally, there have been a couple times where I've had somebody tagged while playing multiple tables with them, and they'll remain tagged on one table but not the others. A little frustrating but certainly an improvement from the note-stays-with-the-seat glitch a couple weeks ago.

Also, just adding my voice to those who got less rakeback than they were owed. A customer service rep told me the following, however:

"yes sir we got confirmation that the Rakeback Payments from May 20th to July 1st are now available to be release by the players [...] what I do know is that they expect to get this settle by the end of the day"

Hopefully this means that we should all see what we're owed by EOD. Don't shoot the messenger's messenger if it does not come to pass

Is anyone that plays on ACR getting RB yet?

Yeah, I just got $93. It's a bit smaller than it would have been but I haven't played cash with my games down (all tournaments), so I think it's the full amount. We'll see if anything comes thru later.

Ok it seems I came back on a good day. Just got back to the office. I have a list of all players payments so if you want me to confirm any then shoot me a PM.

Edit: They just updated my RB from tiny amount it was earlier today, I'm just gonna assume it's right until I have time to look at HEM.


I just played a session where I had a reg marked as one and on another table he wasn't marked so it's just a glitch, hopefully it gets fixed.

I'm assuming it should. It looks like it should be. There is an option for bonuses, rakeback, and the beast under the rewards tab.

The update page says July 10th for getting the other loyalty rewards taken care of, therefore it is probably worthwhile to wait 8 days to see what happens, especially if in long term elite is better for you than rb.

PM sent with a few questions re: details about retroactive points and benefits owed.

I'll prob end up leaving it bc I had a ton of points banked up and I am afraid I will lose them.

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but these venom announcements mid cash game are freezing tables.

Mid hand, all my tables freeze. The announcement shows in 1 min, and i am forced to close all tables and reopen. It has happened 4 times in a row already

Just talked to support and they said they have no eta on when jackpot sngs rakeback will be paid, but don’t worry they will be paid in the future sometime. This is alarming considering there is no game history on jackpot sngs

RB is under rewards tab like before? I click rewards and it takes me to a dead gray page with two ACR logo poker chips. I gave it 3 minutes to load something and nothing comes up.

I even got the email saying I have rb.

If I use the sit out option on the Blitz tables and then try and sit back in I am never dealt into another hand I have to completely close my table and "register" again....anyone else?

I use Litecoin. It's a major crypto with 4x the transaction clearing speed of BTC.

It also tend to have lower fees than BTC when the currency is volatile.
