Americas Cardroom Lowers Player Bad Beat Jackpot Contribution.

We will be reducing the mid stakes players bad beat jackpot contribution by half. Players who played $0.25/$0.50 and above contributed a maximum fee per hand of $0.50 in the old structure. Moving forward all stakes between $0.10/$0.25 and $1/$2 will only contribute a maximum of $0.25 per hand.

Here is an idea other smallish poker sites used to give higher rake for players who started ring games. I start a lot of plo. Would be a nice well deserved bonus for players and win win for everyone involved. Give back to players

AA beats a random hand 85% of the time. That means that aces lose to a random hand 15% of the time. Move on, nothing to see here.

By the way, I started on ACR with $50.05. It's now $167.83.

I just sent an email to rakeback@americascardroom.eu and gave them my username and it was setup for 27% rakeback the next day. Very quick/easy.

Scrolling one page back would have already made this question unnecessary ...

Even if it isn't the true story and he was chip dumping to a buddy they still have no right to steal his balance from him. What they should do is make his account so he can't play and all he can do is cash out his funds and tell him to please never come back. I don't get where there online sites think they can just steal your bankroll for breaking a rule. I don't see live rooms taking players bankrolls for breaking rules, they just tell you never to come back. I can maybe understand taking the money that was dumped but even then I'm not sure.

I hope what happened here is the person that thinks you were chip dumping has no idea how to spot chip dumping but just noticed that your account was flagged for it in the past, and was going for employee of them month. I hope they overturn this and give you your money back. Can you please keep us updated on what happens because i know i will think twice about continuing to play on the site if you aren't paid out.

If the chip dumping involves Fraudulent Funds oh yes they do. I believe some TOS also include an option for the site to take funds for chip dumping, not sure about ACR

Important Software Change needed for 'fairness'

If someone has the straddle button pushed no one has any idea except for the player who has it on. It looks to many as a 2x raise out of the UTG and no software notification is made that a straddle is alive. Dealers in a live game always announce, and if not it is common for people to ask if a 2x raise is a straddle. No such option exists here. Not right when the guy suddenly is reraising from UTG because you were not aware of the straddle

Ok but don't the sites always provide the hand numbers in question when they confiscate funds for chip dumping. A site really can't arbitrarely say chip dumping and not provide hand numbers. Even the shadiest of shady sites bet online provided hand numbers when it accused players of chip dumping. I have no problem with sites confistacting moneys when warranted but only with undeniable proof.

i have been playing on this site for about 6 months. i always made deposits with a debit card. started having problems making deposits. i called customer service numerous times, but got no help and they were always rude. the last time, about 2 weeks ago, i tried myself, to no avail and then called customer service. he was rude, but ran the card. said it didn't work. checked card and it was taken out. never got my deposit on site. i emailed them and was told they had no record of deposit and maybe i mixed up the sites. no i did not mix up sites. be careful. they ripped me of and could do the same to you.
