1 problem ive noticed wit the tourny lobby. It will say 5 mins till the break then somewhere around 1 min to go it suddenly resets to 15 mins to break. Really puts me on bladder tilt....

On the Depositor freeroll....i promise your missing next to nothing. 1st pays $50+ but after that it horrible. i think i got 9th in mine and won like $5 and change. plus its an all-in fest where 70% or more dont even show up so the guys who get a table all to themselves the longest are going to win every time. its like 100 chips and 8 minute levels. It says free add-on but no way it runs an hour to get to an add-on. Really not even worth the time...

It must be a sever server issue they need to work on. They said I had no issue and maybe I should check my interwebz connectors. I think they need to check theres and not put the blame on the customer and accept responsibility in a more professional way.

I won 2 seats to the "250 seat to $250k gntd sat" I was registered for the tournament with the first one, and with the second one, as far as I can see, I've gotten nothing?

What is going on here??, I should get either cash, tourney $, or a tourney ticket....

This is the part where I hate ACR software. From my past experience, when you win multiple sat seats... you will need to contact live support. They will put you on hold and ask you for the tournament id #. Takes about 15 mins for them to straighten things up and credit you with the ticket. You can use the ticket for the "re-entry". I assume after the tournament... if you did not use the "re-entry", you can contact live support again to get credited with cash. But the point of this is that... YOU HAVE TO CONTACT LIVE SUPPORT. Why can't this process be automatic?????????

ACR Rep: I ended up contacting customer support, and found out my account was set to "cash only" until I verified the account. I got the Visa option back after I called, and tried to add $, but am still waiting for it to credit my account. Does it usually take over 48 hours for a Visa CC transaction?

How long do players get to 'wait out.' It seems like if I answer the phone of take a piss, my seat is gone.

I was curious about this too. I would like to see a longer "sit-out time" before your seat becomes available. I've lost my seat many times just grabbing a snack or drink and having a short conversation with someone on the way back. Seems like you don't even get 5 minutes.

Maybe i should look into this more before asking as i dont know how they do it on other sites....But why on say a .10/.25 NL BBJ table do you take a .25 rake on the flop for the BBJ when it takes 4 ppl to a flop to qualify for the BBJ? The SB just calls and 2 ppl see the flop it auto takes out .28 so even if they ck it down both players will lose money.
I know using the CHOP button would eliminate this but in all the time ive played there ive never once seen anyone but myself use the CHOP button. I guess i should be glad that the players are so bad they are playing at unwinnable games but...so am i!!

And 1 more Q.....Why do you include all MTT results in the SNG leaderboard race? Kinda defeats the purpose of the race ....which i assume is to get ppl to play SNGs which they are not doing. The SNG traffic is dead and the entire leaderboard is filled with MTT players...
