Make sure you selected the correct radio button... "low", "med", "high" to get correct filter ring games.

I remember when I was upset that they were not offering PLO... turns out, my game selection was on "Omaha" but it was defaulted to "NL" instead showing all limit variations.

On that same note, is it possible to send in the information prior to withdrawing, so that when and if we decide to in the future, we can do without the process? Or do we only send in the information when we decide to withdraw?

Anyone know how long it usually takes to have funds loaded to the debit card after receiving the processed email? It took 4 days to get processed and ACR said 5 more business days, over a week and a half seems long for the debit card. Just wondering your guys past experiences. Thanks

Thanks, I also withdrew Sunday and was approved today. I just got the card and didn't know how long normal was for it.

My suggestion is that when you click on open seat it reserves the seat for you while you are buying in. Often I click on the open seat then have a decision on another table, when I come back someone took the seat even though I have the box asking me how much I want to buy in for still up.

Site just crashed in the middle of some big hands for me. I've contacted support to see how they will handle this situation I should not be out money for hands I can't respond and in fact it potentially cost me money when I'm trying to bet a flopped set.

The live support guy says "We are undergoing a small upgrade and their will be small downtime we apologize for this inconvenience".

Why is ACR upgrading crashing their servers at 2:30pm EST?

I looked into it and it looks like ACR is only supported by Poker Tracker. But to be on the safe side can someone please confirm? And if so, are you currently running a HUD?
