So, are you saying that even the tickets (MTT, Cash and SNG) that expire from the ticket list and can't even be seen there anymore, can still be exchanged in the future ?
So we can actually just remember we had a ticket once which expired 6-7 weeks ago (for example), and you would still be willing to exchange them ?

Again disconnected in the very ending of a tournament, after playing normally whole evening. Usually it happens only HU, this time 3 handed:

-Last time Andrew told me to 'Deal with support' and then blocked my posts. 'Support' took over a week to reply and 'Resolve': 'Disconnection wasn't on our side, but as a Goodwill we added a 4 eur SNG token...'

You're right, I'm afraid this is site wide. It looks like support have answered though.

The step from 1m to 1.25m is equivalent to 100% rb. If we changed this step to 750k to 1m, we'd need to reduce the award just below by a LOT, so we'd probably have to reduce the middle more than we currently have.

It'd be nice to send more people to the UO but I think the downside is too big, I'm afraid.

I don't think we had any widespread problems yesterday.

Meh, I'd prefer it didn't go on quite that long, but I don't care if it's 2-3 weeks. I can see which tickets expired on which date, but it can get really fiddly when there're pages of tickets on an account.

Talk to support. As I said, you're not going to get anything from me. This kind of post demonstrates why. Hopefully when you're unpleasant to support they'll cut you off too, and maybe one day you'll stop being unpleasant to people you think are subservient to you.

PL4 is up about 150% compared to the end of last year and PL10 is up about 80% so it's going pretty well.

I figured that sometimes you ask for exchanges that are €1 short, so this time I made it €3 "tall".

I'm afraid I can't convert satellite tickets to other ticket types, and I can't convert tickets with existing playthrough on. I converted the rest though.

Yes, but we don't have the technical capacity to do this at the moment. I'd also like to do some stuff with "live" goods, even if it's just a tshirt and a Unibet avatar cardboard-mask. We can't do those globally because of shipping costs (particularly to countries we don't have much presence in), but we can conceivably do it country by country. It's one of those things on the long term list, but I don't know when we'll see it.
