Hi Andrew I'm just wondering when the players from the sportsbook you purchased a little while ago will likely be migrating over to the unibet poker client, and what kind of impact you think this will have (I assume positive impact of course!) but just wondering if you have any ideas you care to share about what you think the impact might look like, and likely difference in traffic etc & when they might be coming over. Just curious, site is fine as it of course, but curious about the takeover you made, and impact in future etc. Cheers, have a good week!

The client should crash less often with lots of tables open, but I don't know if it's totally fixed the problem. For anyone who regularly gets this, could you test after the release on the 27th please?

I'm a bit confused by this one - I did 2x NL4 and the expired ticket -> 1x PL10, but I don't get the other PL10 part. There's an NL4 ticket and a Banzai 5 ticket, are you including the 4 MTT ticket too?
It'd be interesting to try, but it wouldn't fit in too well with the rest of the series because we'd need to have much more travel money per package, people would need to travel for a lot longer, etc. So I don't think the chances are too great right now I'm afraid.
Sorry, it isn't my project so I don't know what the progress is. It's being worked on by the company though.

Whoops, which page is that from? There's a global 10 table cash game cap because the client becomes unstable above 10 at the moment. We have a long term solution for that, but we're talking several months away still.

There're two - Stan James and iGame. But I'm afraid I can't comment on either at the moment because they still make their own decisions for the first year after we bought them.

Thank you for posting the dates/locations of the UO tourneys. Is there any chance that Unibet might consider hosting an event at the PlayGround in Montreal? I understand that currently Canada is a small market for Unibet... but it is a healthy market and TonyBet is even capable of holding a 600k guarantee there.

I have been waiting all day for a withdrawal that usually take 2-3 hours, you quote it as 12 hours, I just checked back in and it says my withdrawal is on hold, and an exclamation mark next to it. It says you will email me to tell me what you need. I received no email. I do not know why my withdrawal is on hold. I think I was just trolled by your support staff. Could you please have someone look into this and let me know why my withdrawal has been put on hold. My alias is: aggroforyou

I opened a cashgame-table to make sure it wasn't my internetconnection, which was not the case. I clicked on my SN in the lobby, and the table opened with me as a spectator, and cards were being dealt as normal, but my gametable was still frozen. After i restarted te client, i was blinded out and finished the tournament in second place.
This post is not to complain or ask for a refund, but only to help to make improvements.

Sometimes happens to me when Ive been playing a 'long' time (cash games) that one table suddenly goes inactive. Only thing to fix this is closing and opening client again.
Not always ideal when u are in the middle of some hands but better than sitting out.
Not sure if this is part of the upcoming bug fixes for next month but I thought so.
