First off, a short post to get to the end of Friday:
The aim is to pay more at the bottom end and more at the top end, at the expense of the middle. We're spending the same on loyalty as we were while on MPN, and I suspect we're spending more than most iPoker skins too. It's just that we spend a LOT more at the bottom end.
That means that reasonably high volume players at, say, NL10 or NL25, don't get a whole lot from the loyalty scheme. About €1k raked per quarter is as low as the payout gets in Challenges, past that it's all improvement.
I realise that this makes the loyalty scheme worse for some people than at other sites, but that's the tradeoff we have to make. In return, casual players stay alive for longer, so the games are softer for everyone.

There aren't any play money games. The NL4 ticket depends on market though.
Most sites that have play money do it because they can get around advertising restrictions in certain countries. It's certainly potentially usable to convert some people from PM to RM, but I think we also lose people who'd be perfectly fine playing NL4 too.
Sorry, I don't trade tickets outside of their satellite system.

These are different things. There're freerolls open to everyone every day, and then there're beginner freerolls that are only open if you have a ticket to use there.

I know what you mean, but this is what the tickets in missions etc are for. The aim is to get people to try these games out and decide which one they like the most. It's definitely a downside of exchanging in this thread.

I don't mind exchanging expired tickets, so you can just let it run out. I also don't mind exchanging tickets with 100 flops seen if it was 1 flop per week for two years, just to keep it alive.

Impending selfish suggestion 
Looking at the rb graph that you posted is there any way to put the UO package from 1.25 million to 1 million and then lower the reward for just below and just higher. Players reaching 1.5 million+ wouldn't be affected as they would get the same rewards but just in a different order.
Personally I figure I can comfortably reach 500-600k points per quarter but with the incentive of a UO package I'd be willing to put in the extra volume to reach this tier.
