Sure, done. I don't particularly want an option to do this in the client because I don't really want people who are happy to lose €50 per month to see they're down €600 for the year or whatever. Some kind of service that people could sign up for via this thread or support might be good, but I don't think we'd have more than 50 people using it so it probably isn't worth the development time I'm afraid.

Just thought I'd mention that MPN micro rake is low because they read this thread and thought "aha, good idea!" I was at Ladbrokes for a year before I joined Unibet, and tried doing it there too but someone on the MPN side got the settings wrong

I've seen some affiliate ads for 888 that say "seen the PokerStars controversy? Come to 888!". I think the only way we'll benefit from this is just the longer term PS reputational damage.

Sadly this is the downside of us using Adobe Air. There're bugs in the program which we have no way to fix as it isn't our product. In the long term we have a way around this, but this isn't going to be fixed in the next couple of months I'm afraid.

When we designed the poker client, we knew that we were compromising app speed in order to build it so quickly and on so many platforms at once. We didn't realise that Adobe Air also had lots of bugs that start causing us problems when we use a lot of resources. I'm not sure we'd have gone the same route if we'd have known this was going to be such a problem, but now we just have to make do with what we have until our longer term solution is ready.

Yeh, I understand your frustrations. Our biggest problems right now are all technical, which is frustrating to me too because I can't directly fix them. Last year our problem was not acquiring enough new players, but that was something I could fix, and it's moving in the right direction now. But these are a different matter as it's down to Relax. All I can do there is make them very aware of how important this is, and they understand that.

We have two sets of technical problems at the moment. One is Relax's ISP being unreliable, as we saw again this morning. This is something we can hopefully fix in the next eight weeks or so. Relax (the developers) take care of/pay for the ISP and data centre etc, not Unibet. Because Relax are relatively small, they just can't afford the kinds of things that a company like PokerStars can. But we've doubled our average daily revenue since we launched, so more is coming into reach now.

The other set of problems are largely to do with Adobe Air sucking. We're working on fixing this too, but it's a longer term project. This one is a matter of months rather than weeks. All we can do meanwhile is work to avoid the problems as far as possible, and there're maybe some coding efficiencies or whatever that we can find to help too.

I guess there's a 3rd set to do with the tourney lobbies going blank, but that at least is just a normal development problem of the kind we have every month, and one we can fix relatively easily, once we establish the case. I think that'll be solved pretty soon.

Finally, any more feedback is definitely welcome.

It only rolls over excess points if you're on 1m or more. I credited you the €75 bonus and the €50 cash though, 548/550k is close enough.

I thought of an idea for this that shouldn't be 'too hard' for the developers to code, and might help with the backoffice stuff too. They could add an extra piece of information to each ticket, that is displayed just under the ticket amount.

The ticket amount is quite large when the ticket is graphically displayed but there is a bit of space under it. An extra field of info could be added, and when a ticket is credited by someone at Unibet - you could have the option of adding an additional text description. e.g. 'Butler League' that is displayed on the ticket.

This might help as well as you would know which tickets have been credited for what (assuming there isn't some easy way to tell from the back office at the moment)

I had similar situation dozen times, I contacted live chat, first they turned me down that it was due to my bad connection( it was 200€ pot with half pot bet size on R against recreational player while having set ) but when it happened again and I got same response, I didn't wanted to let them go away with it, wrote big email that it is known that they have problem with occasional disc, and after that every time I lose more blinds, I contact them and they refund me at least what I've invested, or when I had the nuts and player shoved into me, they refunded me pot + amount he shoved)

I'm not happy that I need to pause my session, find hands where I've been damaged, but I'll rather get something then nothing.

Even I do get refunds as you sad many times they are not even close to EV they have e.g. BUT opens to 4 i got disc/client crash while holding QQ+ in BB.

all in all I'm very satisfied with Unibet, no HEM2/PT4, changing nicks and challenge system, overall what are they doing in poker market is just great and I hope they are going to continue same way.

But when you sit out in SB after posting, I agree that it should let you back in. That's on the list of improvements to be made.

We do cap the number of tables (it's 8 at NL/PL4 & NL/PL10, and it's 10 at all cash games combined). I don't know if this is me misunderstanding, but if I time out on one table, then it actives global sitout on a 500s timer. It doesn't sit me out immediately.
Well, I'll try and screencapture it next time around. When I accidently (used to) sit out on one of my tables, I went sitout on all my tables, regardless of whether I clicked the back button. So I auto missed all the next hands on my tables + when I was in the blinds somewhere, I had to wait an orbit.

That being said, had this yesterday, but it didn't do sat me out on all my tables. It behaved exactly as how you described it.

Would it not be possible to go back to an earlier version of the software? I went from not having a single problem from the site crashing for at least 6 months to the software crashing every session if I´m not careful not to open 10 tables. I took a few days off around Christmas, it was after that the problem appeared. Is it the same for the rest of you who are having problems in that it just recently started?
