A question: If I have grinded UO-package with my challenge points, are the UO-satellite tickets and froll-tickets needless for me? It's very likely that I also get the next UO-package with the challenge points. I think that in this situation there's no incentive to play UO-frolls or satellites if the possible tickets that are won, can't be used after a long period of time. Is this possible?

Last three days everytime i am loging into Unibet software i cant see sng and mtt. Just cash games available... after 3-5minutes everything works well but it sometimes happens again while playing (2-3 hours of playing for example) for 5 to 30minuts. I have two computers for playing and i tried to loggin from second one and that problem occurs also. Have anybody else experienced the same?

Same problem with main sng lobby. Takes about 3 minutes to load, cash lobby loads instantly, only seen today and yesterday. Tested on iPad and PC, same prob on both.

I got a crash at end of my session last night, so I did the TaskManager>EndProcess then when I restarted the client my tables took a few minutes to pop up so I lost some blinds (could have been worse). If anybody else plays quite a few tables beware this might happen.

I suffer the same problem as other above: the list of tournaments dispappears for a while, have to log in/out several times and it still sometimes doesnt solve the problem.

Alos, each time i finish a tournament, when i go back in the general lobby with the list of tourneys, the program crashes whenever i try to see details of another tournament. Happens systematically after each end of tourney.
The same happens if i try to access my profile after the end of tournament.
Its really annoying because it crashes the other tournament i might play at the same time :s

Also, could you please change the following tickets:
- 2 €10 Mtt into 10 x €2 Mtt
- 1 x €50 UO into 4 x €10 UO and 5 x €2 UO

Nice soft.. I mean after 1,5 year I think this should really work better..
I have just finished a 10e Sunday Entitled Qualifer where there was 3 left, with me CL with about 25k, and 2 other guys having ~4 and 6k. Suddenly in a hand one guy disconnected and the table stopped dealing hands. I had other table open which was working fine all the time so I thought there is something wrong going on the server. Suddenly when looking at the lobby it turned out I am the one disconnected.. so I tried reconnecting but it was too late and just got 10e for second place where I was a big favourite to win the ticket. Not a big thing but still.. no ticket and an hour wasted because of crappy soft.
Please please work on the technical issues before implementing new features.

Dear Andrew - my alias is lookforfish2 if you don't mind checking what happened there. I can't give you the tournament ID though since the whole MTT lobby is crappy right now with lobbies of running/finished tournaments being blank for me.

This happens to me at least once a day, but often it's even worse - several times it is needed to reboot the client during a short time period (when theres a big load on U. servers I suppose or whatever).

the Challanges tab is not working right now, and the missions tab also dissapeared, tho cash games seem to work fine, are points and challanges gonna work if the section is broken ?
