I've had no issues playing cash tables 8-10 tables.

Yesterday I had trouble playing MTT's. The lobby didn't show for a while and then one by one the offerings started appearing. While playing a satellite it didn't update how many late reggers joined... nor would it show what place I was in or how many left.

To me it seems exactly the same bug I had already half year ago. I have experienced only one crash this month, but I have't been playing much/many tables lately. I have windows 7 on this computer but it was crashing on windows 8 and 10 same way.
That profile freeze/crash bug has been there as well since I began playing on new client, but happens quite rarely.

Yup, I was one of these unfortunate people to disconnect and not being able to reconnect (€100 UK Final Dec. 26th)
I was playing under the Alias "CrushFlushh" and at 21:10 CET Table froze with me having a 2.5K Stack playing 4-handed. I tried to close and restart the table, but then it went from just being frozen to a white screen but only within the window of the UK Final Table, while all other tables still ran smoothely:

As you can see restarting the whole client was a little bit of a problem, as I was playing multiple MTTs being deep in the 1K Daily Deepstack, short in the 100€ Saturday stack etc. Only ~10 minutes later a restart of the whole client worked, but had blinded down half my stack and only had 10BBs left. I openshoved from the button with the BB on sitout, reconnecting like half a second before auto-folding, waking up with AQ ->Busto ->instaTILT

Another really annoying issue occurred in the €350 Daily 50 on Monday 28th December. I was playing headsup for a pay difference of 117€ between 1st and 2nd under the Alias ''PedroBear'':


Then somewhere between 23:10-13:14 CET my table froze yet again and i tried relogging into the client like mad (blinds superhigh) but i only got a black MTT lobby:

After ~4 minutes i managed to relogin with tournaments showing again, but had already blinded down.

Ever since the new MTT lobby I am experiencing very frequent problems with lobbies not updating/disconnects/freezes and this is starting to cost me alot of money as you can see :/ Never had any issues at all with the old MTT lobby unless the whole client was down anyway, but then noone has an unfair disadvantage if at least it happened to everyone.
Is there any chance I can receive some kind of reimbursement/compensation for my troubles?!

I play mainly 10 tables of cash. The main problem is that when you have been playing for a while and you have closed and opened new tables, at some point when you open a new table the client just instantly freezes or the new table doesn't load properly and you have to kill the process and restart the client.

I was able to prevent these crashes on previous releases by restarting the client between sessions, but with the latest release these crashes occur more frequently.

To be fair, it's also possible on MPN if you crush the micros. I'm doing my end of year review now and moving various parts of my bankroll around. On AmayaStars, I admittedly ran horribly, but I paid much more in rake than I banked. On MPN (tiny sample on a heater) I won about twice as much as I paid in rake. On Unibet, I won a fair bit more than double the rake paid, plus also benefited from the generous rewards for microstakes players. (All those SNG and MTT tickets were very welcome).
It will be interesting to see how many micro players make the +EV jump from Stars/FTP to Uni or MPN in 2016. I think they'd be crazy not to, frankly. Happy New Year!

Hi Andrew,I got Error 2o44 registered for 1 SNG no problem But the Second was Frozen After winning The SNg ,lol,I test Browser watching me 4 handed with 3 BB left,so the other SNG was running foe me but not on Desktop ? Going to Browser helps BUT ?? I think it do not solve the Problem .

With the well deserved criticism that Stars is receiving I expect nearly all players who are somewhat in touch with poker forums to at least consider a move to another site. Obviously Unibet would rank right up near the top but a lot of players (myself included) are complacent and show brand loyalty even when it isn't reciprocal. I'm so glad I made the move and I expect plenty more to join the party in the coming months.

As mentioned before, sometimes when playing more than 8-9 cash game tables and trying to add more, the new table that pops up stays black and not showing the loading status thing. After that everything starts being laggy and eventually the app crashes. I've had this issue with the previous client and I have this with this one even more often.

Also, being the only app that gets disconnected (meaning that my internet is up and running on other apps) happens way too often too. I think that this happens on client and not just because of the server too because I have found myself several times being the only player disc and obv all the hands I was playing in the meantime, I have folded (usually playing 9+ tables)

Another thing that has happened to me a couple of times is getting disc on only one table and having to restart the app because you have no control over this table, it keeps getting you sitted out of all tables and you are obviously losing blinds too.

I have experienced a very bad month with all these problems, especially after last couple of days where I have hands that I folded JT on 9QxK on 3bet pot and other similar hands, I even gave up on reaching the 3,000,000 points balance being halfway there (meaning from about 2750000) with more than enough time on my pace to make it.

In general, when our only way of tracking our winnings is the cashier and things like disconnecting and app crashing happens this often, we need to keep trusting Unibet in good faith that our cashier is consistent with what we do on the tables. My point is that when you try to built an environment where players need to have full trust on your brand name as a guarantee for the consistency of their cashier, things like not being able to have a single session without app or server crashing does not help at all. Of course I am not implying that money gets stolen or something, I am just making the point of untrustworthy servers and apps not making me feel comfortable with fully trusting your network with the consistency of my cashier.

As you already understand from my point balance, I am a very high raking player and I have lots of my action on Unibet. Everything I wrote is in good faith and in the interest of Unibet getting better because in the current situation it is only a matter of time before I give up on it. I would be very happy to help more, if I can.

same here, def lost money in spots where this happened, I once applied for a refund but I diddn't get one...

I also applied for an investigation when the major crash occured, haven't got an answer yet for that one...
