Hi Andrew, Playing 250 ubo final when disconnected with tech error 3. I was 14th at the time with over 21k in chips. Please could you get your 3rd line support guy to take a look at this. What is annoying is that some are disconnected and others not. Is there not a way of pausing tournament games till matters resolved. Thanks,pirahn

I have a very unfortunate situation of 99% not being able to complete my major challenge until the end of the quater.I am working in commerce,and will be extra busy in December,literally every day except Christmas day and New Years eve,and obviously I want to spend those nights with my family and loved ones.

The challenge would be important to me,sice I planned to reach the 3k points step to get the 5x1 Euro mtt tickets.I know it's not a big deal for serious grinders,but for me this was the aim to compete for this year.
I am at 2652 pints,and 23/25 at the major challenge which is to reach a turn Ace in hold'em.
It would award me 418 points,so that could be comfortably over 3000 for the quater.

I have tried hard today and the days prior to get there,but due to running cold in turn aces,and/or not being able to play because of the disconnects/downtimes I didn't manage to get there These days were my last chance.

I really hate it that it's so close,knowing there is no way I will make it till the end of the quater.I would like to ask,if U could award me anything as a "consolation prize"?

I mean,obviously partially only,not the full 5x1 mtt package,since I didn't manage,nor will be able to complete my challenge.
Although I would definitely have a few spare minutes to play some hu sng's

Yea,you are totally right that it's my problem.However there's a decent chance if it weren't for last days disconnects and downtimes,I would have been able to comfortably reach my aim.

I know that I also get points for sitandgos,but at my levels (1-2 Euros) U get 3-6 points for one,and obviously I don't have the time,nor the will to grind hundreds of them.Hence why I tried my luck in cash games.

I am certainly not "beggin" dude,fortunately I have a good job and a nice salary,I am in no need to do such things,nor would I under any circumstances.
My poker bankroll is not big,thats right but it is due to me exactly knowing my skills,and my place at the poker ecosystem.

I honestly think that I have explained my UNIQUE situation quite well,and will let Andrew decide of the fairness of my request.Instead of U,my man.
I even added (if you have read the whole post which I doubt) that if he feels this is too much to ask for,simply ignore the whole thing,no worries,no hard feelings.

If you feel comfortable playing at 25NL then there's no need to change it. If you play much higher/lower then you might want it switched to a bonus.
Just give Andrew your alias and he should be able to do it unless this promo was specifically designed to get more 25NL players.

Man Im about to give up I cant log in to the poker client whether it be the browser or when downloading the software

I click on the play poker in browser option log in with my UN and password but I get the error " oops, that slipped through the net" the page you are looking for doesnt seem to exist, and an option to click home where Im logged in nicely

My cookies are not blocked and it seems to think Im using an outdated browser but ive got windows 10 and downloaded the latest firefox and tried using the latest IE too

You get partial points at the end of the quarter for challenges you haven't completed, you are far enough along that you should make it but you have to wait till the end of December.
Ask Andrew to confirm this but I'm pretty certain I'm right.

First of all, if you have any refund requests please talk to support. Our regular tourney refund policy didn't work because we couldn't reach the tourney controller to cancel tournaments. We're discussing how to deal with this at the moment.

Second, the information I have is that our provider's ISP suffered hardware failure on Friday night, then their short term fix didn't work on Saturday or Sunday. They have apparently fixed it now, but they "need to do clear up" that may cause lag in the short term. I BELIEVE that is happening now, which is why technical error 3 is back.

Obviously there're lots of posts for me to catch up on. I'm not ignoring them, it's simply that I work Monday to Friday for most of the purposes of this thread because I don't have access to the backoffice when I'm at home. I may not get to catch up to much this morning as there're obviously problems that need addressing at the moment.

Well, this is a question for Relax rather than for Unibet. Relax are a separate company - they coded the poker software and provide the infrastructure. I don't know the prices, the money available or any other considerations, but obviously we urgently talk to them about them improving this kind of problem. We hadn't had much in the way of connection problems for several months until this weekend, but it was a very bad weekend for it to happen as it was during UO Antwerp.
