I don't think I'll be able to catch up completely with the thread today, but here's a bit more headway. I'm in Tallinn all week for work, then I'm off next week, so coverage might be a bit spotty.
Our 3rd line support has fixed this now I believe.
Done. I don't think I should extend double trouble tickets too often though because piling them up kind of defeats the purpose of the tournament.

This sounds like your computer is overheating. It'd probably happen if you play games on high settings too. The computer shuts itself down if it gets too hot. You can get CPU temperature checkers, but I can't install one on this machine to see which are good.

I think this post is going to highlight the difference between what support do and what I do. My job on this forum isn't to be nice to people and just eat whatever they say, it's to interact with the community as part of that community.
So first of all, If you have a refund request, you should talk to support.
I understand that it's frustrating for you when the site has problems, but you should understand that it's frustrating for me too. It costs you time and money when it breaks (though we can refund the money), but it costs us a LOT more time and a LOT more money, and we don't get refunds. We want to fix it.
It's not that I have the ability to snap my fingers and fix everything, but I can't be bothered to snap.
These are difficult problems to solve, and smart people are working on doing that.
And by the way, the people who design the avatars are not the same people as the network engineers.

I credited them again. These ones have 7 day expiry, but it does indeed make sense if I change them all to 30 day. I'll update them later today if I can find the time.

The HH thing is kind of intentional - it was a design compromise to just get something that worked. I'd prefer it to update immediately of course, but it's hard to fix now.
Yeh, this makes sense. It can be bad for people who play lots of tournaments though, particularly across several sites.
It's shuffled once at the start of the hand. So, to quote the developer I asked, time-travel based cheating will work

We had 3x 5 minute problems yesterday where we suffered from packet loss. It should be OK again now.
I don't know the details, but I do know that Unibet and Relax are working on a solution to the problems we've had lately. Mostly this has been a form of DDOS, though there've also been hardware problems twice which should be fixed.

I may well regret this, but here's something I made for something a couple of weeks ago. It shows bb/100 from OUR perspective (not the player's) per hand at each stake over various sites, assuming 5+ players per hand. Our rake cap is halved during 2-3 handed play.
It uses hands from our stakes, so the results are probably not 100% accurate for other sites as the players there will play differently, so the pot size distribution will be different too.
Nonetheless:
This follows from our aim of having something more like the same rake at each stake, except at the lowest end. So we rake more at NL400, the same as NL25, and a lot less at NL4.
This is currently OK. I may stop doing it if it happens too often though because we also let these satellites overlay sometimes because we know we need some kind of headline tournament even if we aren't aiming to compete with other sites and their big Sunday majors.

Even though it would have been super exciting to play it, it's scared money for me.
