Guys just send message to support to change tickets, there is absolutely no need to do it here and wait several days sometimes for Andrew to convert. I have always had my tickets changed very fast

Cash games are broken, when trying to top up up getting error message and timing out. Seems yesterday is repeating again? Edit: Cant log back anymore, error #3. RIP

I went a month without a single disconnection so 2 downtimes in 2 days is likely just variance.

It's sad that a month free of disconnects on Unibet is impressive. Personally don't think I've gone more than 5 days without having to at least restart the client from disconnecting.

Although this is very annoying for us it has to be way worse for Unibet. Not only are they losing a load of rake during the busiest times they also have to pay out compensation which costs and then customer service get swamped aswell. Whatever the problems are i reckon they are trying as hard as possible to sort it out.

The site is down and I messaged unibet 3 days ago about it and still no answer. Im sending to the dutch speaking version on the belgium website is it a better idea to send to the english website for faster responses? Im wondering if I will recieve my buyins back.

i just called them and they said they were working on it. It's very annoying. I was high stacked in the 50 dollar buy in tournament. Would suck to lose it all. Does anyone have experience with this?

They should then hire more security/evaluate the competency of their current security team. If it is completely their hosts fault then they should change hosts. This has been a recurring problem for as long as I've played on Unibet, not some one off where I can feel sorry for them.

I spoke to support today about last nights disco, it was much quicker to get through and they refunded my buyins a couple hours after they escalated the issue. Just be clear about what games you were in and answer their questions. You will be asked to email them a log file which can be found in your MyDocuments folder. For those who have big stacks deep in MTTs im not sure what will happen there sorry.

I have been playing on unibet since the beginning of the new client ( such nice days ) and yes there were alot of problems back then and sometimes these problems occur today aswell but its kinda standard for a new pokersite. Remember they starting something from 0 and Pokerstars and all other pokersites prolly had their "child sicknesses" in the past.

Must people that changed sites recently just arent used to this kind of bugs but you have to give unibet some credit they created a unique pokersite in the industry that continues to grow and improve

I have been hit by alot of bugs aswell but i dont really mind. I enjoy poker again and that was a feeling i lost a long time ago on other pokersites.

So i just recieved what seems an automated message about we will solve it as fast as possible. But noting about returning buyins. I send them 6 screen shots total send them 3 differnt emails and contacted live support 2 times.

cash games balances should be auto fixed right? i dont remember exactly what balance i had.

Try to be more patient, they will be swamped right now. its only been 1 hour since downtime. I also sent them 1 email with a screenshot of disconnected tables last night and received the same auto response. Then I tried live chat today and I was chatting within 1 minute, I told them about the email I sent, they found it and the refund request was dealt with.

Not entirely sure what happens to the cash pots people are in. As for the buyin my guess is that it will come back online and everybody will be sat out then will leave table and buyin will be put in balance like normal.

Im a bit annoyed. Expected this to be solved quickly so I could continue. Was playing the 50 euro buy in tournament and was in top 3 highest stacks. This is unacceptable, but I guess i'll just get my buy in back, only. Annoyed to say the least.
