The client is correct, we're updating the webpage at the moment. The problem was that the mission used old values back from when all Challenges awarded the same number of points. Now that the points vary depending on how difficult the Challenge is, the mission wasn't awarding what we wanted it to.

The events team like to close the player list a week or so before the tournament, but if you end up a day or two over that then it'll be fine - there're always a couple of last minute changes.

I think we've discussed this a little in the thread before - I'm against steps in general because the really good SNG guys just sit around waiting to buy in directly to the final step when they think a qualifier is in.

If we ran them then we'd have to disallow direct buyins, and then I don't know how many would actually run. It'd require a lot of liquidity though, more than I expect to have in the near future.

That looks like the IE cache thing - if you load internet explorer, clear cookies/history/cache, that should work.

While I think you're right that we should, it's going to be quite a bit of work for something that isn't a huge deal. If we get lots of feedback requesting it then we can prioritise it, but otherwise I don't think it'll get done any time soon, sorry.

This is another one where I think you're right that it should exist, but it's another that it'll be a real pain to add. It'd mean quite a lot of table redesigning - there's no space for it really - and that is going to be a lot more work than the benefit appears to be to me.

If you want to check out how the session is going during the session would be a lot easier if there's the total, I think that's an easy fix! No nedd more space, just replace for one of those that are less helpfull

There is not the option "Leave all tables next BB", the option to leave next BB is table by table!

Maybe just the sng's for the lowest steps would be a solution.

Thanks again for converting the Banzai ticket into 1€ SNG, won all five of the HU SNG. Had to donk badly in the last one though against someone that cannot fold top pair.

Never mind summing the available and in-play balances (if you can't add two numbers together in your head how can you calculate pot odds?), I'd like to see an option to hide the balance because sometimes I find it affects my play. It's hard to avoid seeing it, so currently I have to position the main screen so that the balance isn't visible, which is a pain.

Something new: when you login to the poker client, if you select a country, I believe it will then save your username on future logins.

Hotkeys can be useful to other audiences too - people with carpal tunnel or similar, for example. But yes, I worry that the problems outweigh the benefits.

Yeh, I'm interested in both of these but it'll probably take a while to do it (if at all) because that isn't my department, I have to persuade other people, which takes time.

I'd be broadly fine with this idea but again, it'd depend on the events team.

Given the size of Unibet's poker operations, I'd rather keep it at four live events per calendar year to have one quarter as qualification period to each stop. PokerStars can run it more often because they simply have more staff and players to make it worthwhile, Unibet shouldn't imho.

I'm starting to get pretty pissed of with these issues. Two crashes again today.

Okay, it seems that after the crash one of the tables "opened" but was never showing on my screen and caused global sitout all the time. How is this even possible?

I noticed it when extra 100€ appeared on my account and and started to do some digging from the account history. This table closed 15 minutes after other ones, so it closed same time with the client. I'm 100% sure there wasn't a single table running/open then.

Yeh, I think until we get to the point that existing events sell out, we're fine as we are. I don't know how close we are to that though - Copenhagen had problems by being 10 handed for a while at the start, which obviously sucks.

I passed your posts on to our 3rd line support, but please keep in mind that this thread isn't a support thread. I generally can't deal with normal support problems, even if support aren't doing a great job with them. All I can do is escalate them.

Hello Andrew, the hud / poker calculator holdem indicator claims to support Unibet. Do you have any checks in place to ensure people aren't using this on Unibet?

It worked for a week or so a couple of months ago. I am pretty sure it doesn't work any more, we've tested it recently. If anyone can see otherwise please let me know.

What players can do by collating hand histories etc. is something that we can do much more easily as a site. The question is whether we do actually do that, and all I can offer there is to say that we do. This is where it comes down to trust.

Related to that is whether we have the expertise to do those checks ourselves. On that side - there're six members of the poker team, and we've all played professionally. The head of the fraud department at the developers has been doing poker fraud prevention for 10+ years.

I've not seen any fraud that 2 + 2 have spotted that we aren't capable of spotting. In fact, we're in a better situation because we can see all holecards after the hands are complete, along with links between players etc. I guess this is a good time to mention that I'm friends with Skier, who made the program that is leading PS to change their rules.

This will be a company-wide policy rather than poker specific, so you'd have to check with support for the official position. But as far as I'm aware, there're no restrictions on Portuguese playing on the site.

It's not that it's a waste of my time, it's just that I won't be able to do much with it. Support have those resources etc. that I don't.

I just experience a weird bug - you cannot play because you are sat out all the time, no matter if you press button play or not, the game just sits you out. Might be a thing of playing on a android and then continueing playing on pc (this happened on pc)
