So I have this Unibet Open Package Freeroll Ticket in my account (the one for the 100k reward) can someone tell me how many participants will these kind of tourney have?

I've got a problem with my computer just turning off while playing on Unibet. It's happened quite a few times now. I've got a pretty decent computer that can handle playing 8+ tables on other sites with itunes, HEM etc running at the same time. Again, today, it turned off while playing 1 table with HEM running for another site but no tables playing on the other site. Have checked the table manager for CPU/ memory resources a few times while playing 4 tables and running other things in the background. Unibet is obv resource heavy but it didn't seem like it should be 'capping out' my computer. Any advice or comments from people who may have had similar problems would be appreciated.

just want to report some disconnecting problems, it's unplayable atm.. I keep disconnecting during hands.

You can get tickets worth of a specific amount x (it is less than the package but I dont know the exact number right now). You can find the info in the terms at their website.

I've been playing on Unibet Poker for years now - and it's never been this bad !!!
Your system is comletely ****ed up and all I see you do is coming up with more stupid avatars but your IT can't keep up a steady connection. You wouldn't hear a single word of complaint if it was once a week on a busy Saturday evening but the last 2 months there was not one session I didn't lose connection (and believe me my IT is state of the art).
Tonight I was close to winning a 250€ Sunday ticket for the UO when dc happened. Even after restarting Unibet I wasn't able to play - and when I finally was after 21 minutes I was down to 1 BB and finished 9th. And this wasn't the first time it happened right on the bubble. It happened for the 250€ Ticket, for the 50€ ticket and for 10€ tickets as well.
Even if I get back a 50€ ticket now - how do you think to compensate for the time I spent. I'm really badly dissapointed by Unibet and it's time you get your act together and do something about it.

It's been a while. After you credited me the tickets I only had the chance of using some of them before going on holiday. I left the rest in my account knowing that SNG tickets are valid for 30 days. So when I logged back in today I expected to be able to use the rest of them, however they were nowhere to be found. Could you please check for me what happened to them?

Hi Andrew

Something Ive noticed that may be costing you some re-buys is that after losing all the money in a cash ticket, the software doesn't allow you to rebuy back in with cash. It makes you leave the table to rebuy back in with cash.

This doesn't seem like much but personally Ive frustratingly had trouble getting back on good tables where I've just been crushed, and more than once I've called an end to the session there.

Seems like this could hinder players rebuying.

I'm very satisfied with the fact that all hands will be shown on showdown. Checking opponents hand by clicking previous hand is quite slow. I often have to wait about 15 seconds for the hand history to update. A general problem or my problem only?

I played a tournament the other day, final table with me +2 villians. The chipleader eliminates the other guy who were in second place. Then we got the tournament break message. I had like 6 bb left. First hand after the break we get AI and I lose. Would it be possible for you to remove break when its down to 3 or less players? Not a big problem at all but maybe something to think on?

Is the deck randomized on every single street or is set after dealing the holecards?
