Lots of disconnections on tournaments this afternoon

Currently sitting 5th in 250e gaurenteed, and having been disconnected it wont let me sit back in!!!

I get a button come up saying 'Play' which I keep pressing but its just keeping me sat out

I keep getting a similar thing Dunna. I can what is happening at the table but it keeps saying disconnected. Since the disconnect during the March freeroll Wednesday night my app has played awful nothing seems to work properly.

Meh, logged out and in again and it seems to have done the trick. Lost about 10 hands tho, which at a 5-handed table is a bit annoying at this stage

Should also mention that the lobbies for the 2e UO and 250e gaurenteed have frozen and chip stacks bear no relation to the tables.

Really frustrating near the bubble at this stag in a tourney!

This is normal for Unibets pokerclient, all day long every week the last months. I miss the Microgaming-pokerclient.
So I think I will find me another pokerroom to play.

I have 3 welcome freeroll tickets, but i cant use them for registering anywhere...

Wouldn't go that far, games are good and cash tables have been largely fine.

Every site has software issues, it's just how they're dealt with that's important.

As far as I can see, Andrew is here answering questions, helping out, and doing favours far more than any other of the sites.

Fwiw I've moved from Pokerstars as their new software is horrifically buggy with terrible lag. The grass is not always greener!

in case you want to know how it went this time - when playing the first freeroll with 1500 players, the client was laggy and sometimes non-responsive (I got dc'ed several times and then reconnected) and it stayed like that until I got eliminated (pretty quick). The second one with 950 players was way better both in aspects of lag and final placement. All in all, 2x€2000 was truly better than the unplayable 1x€3000. Cheers

Hello Andrew, i have a question about double trouble. I think I have lost 17-18 euros in cash games and I know I'm not elligible for the tournament but for this time, it's possible to receive a ticket because I've already lost several times in the past 12-13 euros ... and this time I was not very far . Yeah, I missed the 2k€ freeroll too because of unresponding client. Was little too much trying to handle PartyPoker getting lots of disconnects at the same time (played their major and other tournaments) to concentrate on Unibet issues.

Andrew I'm curious is the unibet poker business is in profit at the moment. Not sure if you can disclose that info but I was just wondering, also if it isn't , is it on track for its forecasts etc. I want to see the site succeed and just wondered!

What works for me is closing down the unibet browser pages right after login.
Then the sessions does not expire in the software.

Some quick feedback also

Tickets - it would be nice if there was a little icon next to the tickets in the profile and when you click it you get a pop up box which lists the tickets you have. It doesn't have to do anything clever like link into tournaments etc - but a dialogue box with tickets in a list would be useful that you could scroll down to see what tickets you have, because if you have a lot it's hard to see what you have got by scrolling along in the profile, as you lose track of where you was.


SNG / unibet open idea...

I was thinking some kind of 6max step sng would be nice, with a flattish payout structure where you progress to next step if you win all the way up 2k unibet open package.

1)if you win a package can you have the seat and ask for hotel fee to be converted to cash if you want to make your own hotel arrangements to make it more economical, thanks

2) if I'm trying to win a seat so playing a lot of SATs, and end up with 2*250 tickets and end up winning a package once I've already qualified could the second package won be converted to a non uo ticket, just asking in case it happens which would be nice problem to have
