Hello Andrew.

I have disconnects every day, but I decide to report this today...

In longrun its really frustrating. I lose everyday something like 5-10 euro. Monthly : 150-300 euro. So please check my playing history and refund 4 sng ticket + amount from cash...

Thanks for ticket conversion Andrew.

Idea just come to me re: p2p transfer I read earlier. If you both have skrill, you can practically do this anyway. Cash out in office hours takes about an hour then can transfer to friend and they can upload I imagine.

We don't have anything widespread at the moment, but I'm not 100% sure what this error message means. I've asked the developers but they've just finished for the day so I probably won't find out until tomorrow

Thanks, and yeh, that's about it. I'd like to include hand-sharing functions in a hand replayer, but I'm not 100% sure how we'd do it yet.

Maybe #2 was "other size buttons"? In which case, we don't do it as we want to keep the client as simple as we can.

I'm sorry to hear you've had problems, but if you disconnect every day it's on your side. We do not have ongoing disconnection problems. As far as I'm aware we haven't had widespread disconnection problems since we were DDOS'd in Jan (except when the whole Unibet site fell over in mid March).

Please send refund requests to support.

I was using the regular downloaded version on my main PC. I was logged in as Pharmasplint, and I was indeed logged in at the main Unibet page as well (as required for all players from Denmark for some reason)

Im mostly happy with the client, but the technical errors on 1st of april during the 3000 march mission freeroll was a real bummer to me. I got compensated with the 5 free spins and i used them and i believe i won a E2 ticket for unibet open so maybe i should not complain, but i still wanted to say that i found the 5 free spins a bit of a crappy compensation. Was hoping for a 4NL ticket or something in that way. I'm not a high roller or anyhthing but to got qualified for the Freeroll i spend some money on that. So thats why the 5 free spins are a bit crappy to me. As for the rest, i'm all happy with Unibet Poker.

So they were supposed to fork out twice the money (in theory as a play through applies in order to convert) as compensation? I guess it is impossible to satisfy everyone.

Not saying they have to. I was just hoping more anything that way instead of those spins. Could be a 4NL ticket worth of 2 euro ore a 1 euro SNG ticket. Since it was a prize money pool and not a satillete or anything.

Is there also a quick way you could tell me how much I lost or won since february and in how many hands? (I contacted support yesterday and they have send me some weird Excel sheet which I can't make any sense from)

Happens on both my main and secondary monitor, both of which are running at native res.
It occurs only for tournaments, not sngs or cash, so it's not likely to be resolution related.

Hmm odd. Well yes i do still get that. Here is another screenshot from nowish.
My clock says 00:50 ; if i google "what time CET is it" Google says 00:50 ; and Unibet says 01:50.

But.. I just went to the link you posted and it says 01:50.

So there's a difference of 1 hour between what Google says when you ask it what time CET it is (as demo'd below) and what the site you posted says! Probably something to do with daylight savings, as you said before. I imagine one of them is adjusting and not making it clear - but it might confuse people (i always just go to Google to find out the time).

First let me thank you for crediting the sportsbook freeroll ticket that was much appreciated. However the issues Im having with the poker client lately, especially the last week are becoming so frustrating. Whenever I log in and open a table, the first time I click anything else, whether it be opening another tournament lobby or going on chrome I'm getting disconnected. I have literally got to keep the one table open and not do anything else and it's still dc'ing even then sometimes. It's also happened a number of times lately, 3-4 during the £2k freeroll Sunday although it didnt really hurt me, where it's saying dc'd but I can see the action at the table still? For me, the idea of the Unibet client is the best out there but the number of bugs is killing it. I mainly play at 3 sites, Unibet, Coral and 888. I can have both the other clients open at the same time and go on Chrome and they work fine. The minute I open Unibet its like being back on dial up. I've checked my connection and it's fine, I just wondered if you had any possible solution to this problem though as I do enjoy Unibet a lot and I've got a couple of friends to play there, but lately it's stopping me depositing because I know I'm not going to be able to play :/

I agree, the software issues have become so serious over the last few releases that it's costing the players money. The bug where cash game buyins fail is the most annoying one as it forces you to either keep playing at just the tables you had open, or lose those, restart the client, and hope you get back to those tables.

Yeh, I agree it's a bit awkward. We weren't really expecting people to have so many tickets when we designed it, then some idiot (me) came along and made Challenges.

I'm hoping to get a bonus shop done for the late Sep release and Q4 Challenges. If that's the case, people will tend to have bonus money rather than storing a ton of tickets, which makes most of the problem go away. We've allocated most of the development time for the next few months so I think it might just have to wait for that.

I agree that it sucked that it broke like that. The worst thing is that we've had similar problems before and thought we'd fixed them during a milestone thing. After the next client release on the 28th I think we'll try a stress test and cross our fingers because we don't want to wait til the next milestones or whatever.

Each spin is worth around 25c I believe, and your equity in that freeroll was about €1. We didn't want to just credit people with €1 as it feels cheap, so we did it in slightly higher equity in spins as it gives the chance of a big prize, just like the freeroll.

We couldn't run a similar freeroll because we didn't think the tourney monitor could handle it. That's why we also did 2x €2k freerolls the next week with 1,500 entrants each and a 30 minute gap. So in total we ended up awarding €3,750 in equity in spins and an extra €1k in freeroll prizes, on top of the €3k that was still awarded in the original broken freeroll.

I like to err on the side of generous when we break, but I think awarding €4,750 on top of the €3k in the freeroll was reasonable.

Sorry. This is actually a weird one - it's a known bug, we can replicate it, but we can't figure out how to fix it yet. I've asked that the developers spend a bit more time on investigation.

I assume you mean including Feb, in which case you've played 117,569 hands, seen 27,564 flops, raked 3,195.84 and are up 1,102.56.

"Technical error #3" is when the poker server tries to talk to the Unibet cashier server (an API call) and gets an error message. On a typical day this happens about 30 times, from around 300k API calls.

So the error rate is about 1/10k. It seems unlikely that it's happened to you twice by pure chance so it looks like there's some kind of underlying cause behind some of those ~30 daily errors. How often have you had the problem? Has anyone else had this problem more than once? (it doesn't count if the whole site was down at the time)

That said, we had a 10 minute period on the 3rd at 23:15 where we had more API errors than usual, which indicates a problem on the developers or Unibet's side briefly. That's the kind of thing we already know about and can fix.

I don't think this is a bug and I don't think it's a network disconnection. I think it's CPU lag. The poker client is pretty resource intensive, and if your machine can't keep up it won't respond to the server and the server will act like you've been disconnected.

There's not a lot we can do about it on our side. On your side you should be able to help it by having fewer programs open at once or by increasing the process priority from the windows taskbar/task manager/details/right click on Unibet Poker, set priority. It should also help to have the lobby in the forefront rather than minimised.

I keep saying this, but there are no widespread problems. There're a couple of people who seem to be getting specific bugs repeatedly but these are not widespread. When people have problems they post about it in this thread, which will always give the impression that things are worse than there are, but let me repeat - there are no widespread problems.
