The software kept saying "Experiencing technical problems. Try again later" while I was playing and now I can't login.

I still haven't received my refund from Tuesday.

Have you tried the fixes that I've written here this past week here with the help of others?

For tables+client just disappearing, you'll need PartyCaption to hide the MTT announcements.

For MFC error crash, you'll need to delete Partycommunicator.hm2 (or .pt4?) from your HM2/PT4 folder
Thanks, but I think I need that file for fast forward tables? I do play them so not sure that it's an option.

I wait several days for a response and this is the kind of bull**** I get. What is even the point of e-mailing customer service if they never try to solve anything?

My tournament did not finish, it was cancelled and removed from the list of tournaments.

That's not even the correct code for the tournament I asked about. The correct one is $4,000 Gtd Turbo Rebuy #114660217

I guess I have to e-mail them back now and wait another week for another bull**** answer like that one. Why do I even have to be begging for them to give me back the money from a tournament they cancelled. Shouldn't the software just do that automatically? And what about people who are not willing to go through all this hassle, are they not refunded?

Because it's Party Poker. The support is as ****ty as it could be.

Use some exclamation marks and bolds and they miiight take the time to read ur email correct. Good luck.

Some part of my money that was in play at that moment has disappeared from my account after I restarted the client. Did anybody else experience the same issue?

For me it still Shows in Play.



btw: FFNL4 and NL50 are working. The Rest says. There is no FF Pool.

I'm sitting at some NL50 tables, and I just clicked on an NL25 table, and it won't let me join. Says 'unable to transfer chips to table', etc.

Does anybody else have this issue, and is it Party's way of trying to ban people from sitting at multiple limits?
