Did u notice if one type of crash disappeared? I'm just guessing but since there are 2 types of crashes going on, you fixed one of them. And I'm guessing you are now only getting the MFC crashes ?

Yes exactly! Party stops to respond and when i try to close it manually that MFC Pop-Up comes up. Nothing else.

Is there any solution for this??

I will adjust my volume at Partypoker depending on the leaderboard. Basically I play a few extra tournaments at Party and a few less across other sites, so a quicker reponse will be appreciated.

Those crashes happen because of the MTT announcements by Party. They can be blocked by a 3rd party software called PartyCaption. It costs $30-40 (i'm not affiliated with them in any way).

Party hasn't bothered to fix the MTT popup crash issue and not even disable the MTT ads while they are fixing the problem so that's the only thing you can do for now.

Two questions to the forum:

1. I wonder if someone has been having problems with money that are stuck "in play".
2. Do Bwin have a rep at 2+2?

I had a table that frooze four days ago and ever since the money is stuck "in play". Customer support are as always impressive and they asked me for my hand histories to help investigate the matter. I was overly obstinate refusing to give it to them since I felt that they shouldn't be losing track of peoples money and surely must have access to all hand histories themselves. Haven't heard from them for 48 hours.
So I would like to get in contact with a rep for Bwin.

Can you make all reg speed 11r and 5r tournaments 10 min blinds.
The ones that are 15 min blinds take far too long when you consider how small the prize for first is because of your payout structure.

Also when is your next online series and would you consider adding a midstake turbo series ($22-109 buy ins)

If my theory is right, then the error you got is caused by the MTT announcements.

When partycommunicator causes the crash, there is no MFC error but just the client+tables disappear.

I can be wrong though

I just updated HM2 as well and it took 110mins for Party client to crash with partycommunicator. I was feeling desperate already

So Colette, for how long must all players without a seating script have to live with the fact that partypoker actually helps all seat scripters with the new "black box" lobby? You guys must for sure have a plan and a time schedule regarding this issue right?

Hello, I have a big problem with PartyPoker at the moment.
Two weeks ago I choosed to withdraw 160 USD from my account via the Ukash method.
But it's two weeks since I ordered the withdrawal now and I still haven't recieved my money. I have sent at least 5 e-mails to the PP support but they haven't answered me yet (TWO WEEKS LATER!!).
What is this? Seriously? Is this the way PP treats their customers? Because this is outrageous! I mean... the reason people play online poker is that they obviousley want to win money. But why would anyone want to win money if you can't withdraw them?
Anyone else with experience of this problem?

If I delete/move the partycommunicator file I get no MFC crashes.
I do have to do it everytime HM2 updates because they install a new one...

I also started using Partycaption but If I use either the "Close" or "Hide" I get the tables disappearing crash.

So this setting gives me no crashes but a lot of annoying MTT annoucements.

HM2 support just replied to me that they have sent my email to their 2nd level support. I sent all the info and logs with centebakkie last night when we both reproduced the problem for them with HM2 logging enabled.

Weird that the Partycaption setting gives you the tables disappearing crash. I got it before but after I started to use Partycaption, I don't get any crashes.

But seems Partycaption doesn't work for everyone and since not one fix works for all, it just makes everything more confusing.

That's why any report would help. It only takes a minute to write one

But yeah, since the errors/crashes are different and partycaption doesn't work for everyone, please keep the reports coming. Can write even if you don't get any crashes (especially if you have Partycommunicator file in your HM2/PT4 folder! )
