Hi all,

The tournament guarantee issue is already being looked into with the highest priority and our whole pokerroom team is proactively monitoring the progress.

We will retroactively payout any overlays until the issue is resolved.

I have also pushed for official replies to some of the ongoing discussions and questions posted here - as soon as these are confirm and good to go, I will be more than happy to share.

I hope this includes the table graphics' bug issue, because many of us can't play at all at Party because of this.

It's been two weeks since this update made things exponentially worse at Party....
How this continues to go unresolved is absolutely mind blowing.

Why are the "1 Seat Gtd" satellites are just cancelled when they have overlay? This happens since over a year now.

They need 3 players registered before the countdown to start time reaches 3m 50 seconds or they will cancel automatically.

The sunday 50 dollar bounty tournament is weaksauce now with the new payout structure. Have stopped playing it. You understand having uninspiring tournaments will lower your rake? Who wants to pay 50 dollars and go through a field of a 1000 players only to have a top prize of 2500 dollars, my god.

I've tried to continue to play but have had the graphics bug over 10 times in the last 3 days. Each time losing any money in play, having to restart the client, sometimes losing my seats and always getting get booted off all waitlists.

It's outrageous that Party rep pops in here and fails to mention anything about this and the bot scandal. I'm guessing Party's technical team are as incompetent at communicating as they are at programming so he's in the dark as much as we are but he should at least acknowledge the importance of these 2 issues.

Email Party with dates and times when you've experienced crashes, especially if you didn't manage to kill the software and log back in on time. I've exchanged a few emails/live chat convos wrt this and my understanding is that we can at least get money invested in pots that were lost due to the crashes after they have done fixing it.

Iv'e been liaising with VIP support and as always over the years they've been very responsive and supportive and have compensated me for money lost due to crashes.
My beef is with Party's management for not making a decision to roll back the software to a previous version when they know this one is totally unstable and also not coming up with a statement regarding the Jackaroo and Bludevill accounts. I'm personally down over $800 vs these 2 so if I've been cheated be nice to have it back!!!!

Be nice to be able to do this but have almost 10K point atm and palladium status so cant atm, and with wife and 2 small kids to support every $$ counts, so cant cut my losses. So I guess unfortunately I'll just have to carry on moaning until they get it sorted lol
