WPT is a brilliant brand name though with all the live events and tv coverage. I'm surprised you would't want to push it a bit more especially as you could get a lot of recs through this avenue...

So I managed to enter a wrong PIN to my goplay Prepaid MasterCard 3 times. The card is now locked.

• Is it possible to get it unlocked or will I need a new one?
• Do the guys from [email protected] reply after 3 weeks like standard party support?
• Does someone have the phone number of them? Party was only able to give me that email address.

Oh and by phone number I meant one other than the IVR number shown in party's goplay menu.

If I call that IVR and enter my card number it says "Customer Service has locked your card" and hangs up...

how to view progress?? when i click on this mission all it does is explain the mission i see no progress update

Why still no NL25/50 casual tables? From Nl10 to NL100... way to big jump

no need to invent casual tables at nl25-50, cuz during the summer such change would just kill all the games

No casual tables at 50nl because at least 50NL is still segregated !!

This morning I was playing a few 50nl tables. Around 12-12:30 PM I noticed in the lobby some tables marked as empty but in a grey color so I couldn't open those tables.
Luckly I was already playing on 2 of those tables.

I asked a friend if he can see those tables in the lobby and he said he can't. I also noticed that at those 2 tables only "casual" players were joining

There were some technical problems this morning: all players were kicked out from all tables at one moment, no empty tables were available about an hour later (everywhere were long WLs) and some random freezes. It has nothing to do with segregation.

Ok. Tehnical problems.. Strange thing is even after 1 hour with tehnical problems, at least 5 players joined those "freezed" tables. None of them regulars.

+1 they killed 100nl FR. I see many ex regs one tabling 100nl now. They probably took the majority of their playing elsewhere.

Did they stop booting people of the tables when they sit out? Since last update I can sitout as much as I want that blows, it was an awesome improvement to the game

what happened to PLO100 6max tables? For the last two days there were FR and HU but no 6max tables.

I am automatically dealt in to 4 FastForward tables when I click "Take Seat(s)" in the lobby. Is there a way to reduce this? I had been playing 4 but would like to play less.

The mission progress can be viewed on the right hand side – simply click on any of the “Mission objectives” and it will reveal your progress towards that objective

Can confirm that we experienced some table display issues on Friday, which is where the discrepancy came from.

A small issue has been found in a limited percentage of cases, and as such this is something our tech team is already looking into.

Being looked into by our Poker Room and Tech team and will be resolved ASAP.

You can update the default number of fastforward tables by clicking on “Options” on the right hand side and then going to the “Advanced” tab. The number of seats to join in automatically is in the dropdown menu at the bottom right hand side.

These have been added back to the lobby now.

This is due to the issue I described in my last post and something we are working hard to rectify ASAP.

It’s on our roadmap of course, and we hope to have that by the end of the year, but unfortunately I will be unable to quote any specific ETA or go into more specifics for the time being. As soon as we have more info we will be more than happy to share.

Today (Tuesday): guarantees are being reduced by 50% between 14:00 ET and 18:00 ET

Tomorrow (Wednesday): guarantees are being reduced by 25% between 14:00 ET and 18:00 ET
