Thanks Juk! Deposited two times around 00:56 server time but the code didnt work but when i made the deposit it told me my account would be credit with the bonus. I talked to the live chat they told me the code expired at midnight and dont know why i got a message that my account would be credit with the bonus when it was expired.

To Partypoker Rep,
Please fix so when you enter an bonus code that is not active you get a message about it before you make the deposit so you can cancel it. Right now there must be some kind of bug in the system or the times are not syncronized between the bonus codes and expiry times.

I was told by party rep in a pm last year that FPHG is not allowed. Wouldn't mind hearing a public announcement though.

news to me. if I email about a problem to party they ask what 3rd party software I run. I always list the ones i do (spadeeye, FPHG, HEM, betpot ahk script) and they've never said anything

Datamining is not allowed, whether that makes using FPHG not allowed for getting the live info for BetPot and HEM in hands you are involved in is the issue I guess. Were you asking him in relation to datamining or for BetPot etc?

When I asked Party_Rep I didn't specify betpot, I asked about the program. Later when I wanted to try out betpot on Party I specifically asked their security (since party rep wasn't too active at that time...) about gathering data from a hand where I'm playing myself, having mentioned betpot. The answers (from Game Fairness & Security Team) were just as ambiguous as their TOC. However, I was specifically told not to use FPHG with their sw.

So I just gave up and took my big bet games elsewhere, I don't really care either way. What strikes me funny, though, is that Party can't just make a clear announcement, one way or the other.

There seems to be a post from today in the FPHG thread, linking to a Russian forum, where they say Party has confirmed FPHG is prohibited (if I got it right from the Google translation).

Fair enough, seems like they're coming down harder on this stuff then.

I had the same thing happen to me. Although I deposited the next day, the screen indicated I was eligible for the bonus. I emailed palladium support and was rejected by Martin. I missed the last bonus by a day too but the screen also said I would be eligible. This is getting ridiculous.

he is the worst VIP CS rep imo, always gets super defensive for no reason. he also asked me to take a screenshot when i complained that a table just disappeared mid hand

The annoying thing is that he seems not to be flexible like a good VIP host should. Years ago when I had a specific contact person (Greg), he was flexible like giving me credit for a bonus when the requirement was 2000 points but I only earned about 1950 points.

Since PP went to this impersonal VIP host system, they act rigidly and won't give an inch of leeway.

Also, I specifically mentioned I had the same problem as MrFroggyX but he totally ignored that part of my email.

Yeah, I'm not very convinced by that single report on ps.ru either. I made a post in the FPHG thread about it (see here):

I also noticed there was a lot of talk on the ps.ru forums about Russians getting accounts locked/banned, etc and with the posts here about the ps free money / bonus dumping, it wouldn't surprise me if it's somehow related to all that?

If it is really their new policy then hopefully they will contact me and something can be done to try to keep the functionality of FPHG which is used by HEM/BetPot and other tools.
