I was playing the $109 knock out, had a stack of 500k~, $165 in bounties, and registration was closed. They refunded me $109. Where the **** is the rest of the money? Where did the bounty money go?

It would make everyone's life easier if partypoker sent an email with the breakdown of the refunds and their corresponding tournaments.
Show us the numbers - how the calculations were done as per the T&Cs. (Again take note how pokerstars do this when they and issue refunds for cancelled mtts).

I was in ~10 mtts. A lump sum refund just means I have to then waste my time checking everything manually. Let's be professional about this!

It's bad enough in regards to what happened with the crash but, IMO PP is making things so much worse with the way they are going about paying out players.

When having to wait for a a couple of days to be paid out, you'd naturally expect to get everything your entitled to back when you finally do get paid. However, this isn't the case. After all this time all players are getting back is the original buy-ins, with lots of money still owing and outstanding.

I personally find these delays and part-payments to be unacceptable and the whole way it's being dealt with by PP to be a shambles in comparison to the way other sites are known to deal with these issues, on the odd occasion that they arise.

This whole situation and the way it's being handled is doing nothing to enhance PP's reputation and it wouldn't surprise me if you lose players as a result,

and in cash game crashes and disconections goes on and on...

cant belive how you dont do anything about this.

2 or 3 months more getting RB, and bye bye PP, hello back PS. a shame, but I will not loose Xbb/100 because of disconections.

I got 4.46€ back.... i was in 4-5 mtt. I had won 215 satty in restricted tourny. Now i get 4.48€ back.. 1% or so. And when i ask them they tell me to wait 48 more....

i am unhappy with the refund amount that had been put into my account today. ive had no correspondance from party via email or otherwise that breaks down my refunds. man others in the mtt thread are complaining of the same issue. any clarification here? I was a top 5 stack deep-ish into a tournament, along with 5-6 other mtts and im convinced that i have not been compensated properly

Also I was regged in another one that hasnt started with 22$ KO Series ticket. Will I get refund for the ticket?

We are now working on processing ICM calculations and require more time to do this.
I appreciate this is not ideal and can only offer my apologies on behalf of the team

There are a number of tournaments missing from the data and some players may not receive the full/any amount they expect because of this and is being worked on as top priority

The refund process will continue throughout the course of today
I can assure you the whole team are working around the clock to resolve in full

I read this forum for almost 10 years... but now I made an account, because I read so many mistakes in this pp topic...

Stop bashing Party Poker! They did not crash their own servers... next Sunday they have added huge guaranteed money to there tournaments. You can read it all here PartyPoker apologises for downtime and adds almost $2,000,000 to next Sunday’s schedule.
Party poker is good for the players. I play almost 10 years on PP and never had any problems! Of course it's frustrating what happened and I understand that people are angry... but we all are humans and we all make mistakes.

Hello,

I am a new player. I completed two missions today ("getting started" and "cash combination"). They show up as completed (with a checkmark) in the client, but I didn't receive the rewards promised (a tournament ticket and $1 in cash).

Is some extra step needed to request the reward after having completed a mission? Or is it some kind of a technical problem, maybe a fallout from the server crash I keep reading about? From the description of missions (cool concept!), I understood the rewards would be given out automatically on mission completion - am I wrong here?

Why is Thailand excluded from Happy Hour? We never used to be so what has changed? Sending promotional emails (to customers with an account registered in a non eligible country) advertising Happy Hour and then not being eligible to due to terms hidden away in small print is a little disappointing to say the least.

They are putting that 380$ to the upcoming mtts with bigger guarantees. Just like BringThePain mentioned party is compensating the players with bigger guarantees.
