The update today did bring up another bug: tourney infos do not automatically update between hands as they used to do. Very annoying when you're multi-tabling MTTs or satellites,

Serious? It is not that they cant provide me with the information I am asking for, they just dont want to!
Its pretty hard to believe that the team that manually refunded everybody dont know how the numbers have been calculated anymore, aint it?

But after tons of emails and the posting here I am just sick of waisting my time, I withdrawed my complete roll and wont continue to play at PP, Im done with it.

Wtf lol, no pokersite gives that information. Stars have refunded me in the past with the same wording. They just dont give those details. Anyhow, gl there on rakestars

Yes it works there, but you need one of the latest beta versions, 8494 or 8499
You can find them on their site or enable auto-checking for beta versions in the HEM settings.

I'm not saying that PP should provide detailed info each and everyday on what is happening, I Just think on the odd occasions (such as when a client update is made), that this is the time some detailed communication from PP should also come with/alongside it.

Can you please stop changing the games so much. The Daily Major Low at 6pm GMT was a good game at 8max with no overlay and you go and change it to 6max. Please stop changing every week and settle on something please.

I have the same problem as NoirOrioN and made several times contact with Party support... I even made a video of this problem and gave Party the url. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxm8xAJV_bI
They told me that this problem is unique... it's not! I want to play full time @ Party but this problem makes me tilt and not want to play full time @ Party.
It always happens with the first hand on a new table and than once again and than the option works like it should. But what if I play 300+ small tournaments a day?! Very annoying and tilting!!!

NoirOrioN do you use Windows 7 Enterprise? Or do you have slow internet?
All the people with this problem... send Party a email about this problem! This bug cost the players and Party money! PLEASE FIX THIS OPTION ´table stays in focus at action´!

I am using partycaption and everything works fine,just the color notes dont work somehow:instead of filling the whole players name with color it is just a small square in the corner.
Does anybody know what I need to do?

And without partycaption? You still don't have a problem with the option "table stays in focus at action" when you play and open new tables?

I got an email back from Party support. (Great and fast email support!)
Next week they are gonna help with me with this bug ´table stays in focus at action´ with Teamviewer. Did Pokerstars ever helped somebody with Teamviewer?! (I think not?) I really like the new and improved Party Poker support! When i know whats wrong I will post it on twoplustwo.

Possibly expired? If it was a promo ticket they have only a 24 hour validity period

Hi - I just started playing a bit again. Installed PP, much different from 3 years ago! Anyways, I have an old HM1 install, which works fine, but I see that (from reading some posts further back in this thread) that you won't get individual stats on the players.

Am I right in thinking that basically the stats for "Player 1", "Player 2" etc will just collate, so that if 6 players play in the same seat in an hour then my stats for "Player 1" is just going to be a combination of all of those players play?

If that's right, then other than to track my own performance, whats the point of a HUD on PP? Or am I missing something?
