Did they segregate playerpools again? I did not see one rec player within the last 2 days

#1 To get refund of the missing tournys they tell me to come back with detailed mtt id etc. I asked how i get this, since when i go to statement there are thousends of pages just for the last few days. Asked this 5 times. No answer...

#2 I got money back from 1 out of 5 tournys. I want to know what stack i have when they counted the money. But they wont tell me !??? So i have no idea from where the count is down, i know the exact nubmer since i almost trippled right before DC. This is answer i get...Why cant they answer my exact count of chips?

#3 The support @ PP is absolut trash.. I have never even been so angry at support. They dont take me seriouse. Just saying stuff like "trust us, the count is right" "Trust us, you got your funds"

How can i find game ID? As i ask, 10 times, when i go under statements i find thousends of casino/bet rounds. How can i find just MTT ID. Its impossible to browse true.

Who can verify what party poker is paying out (or not paying out) in hero games. 15/15 50$ Hero games in a row and counting thats 750$ profit. Is this how u are paying for guarantees? U need to be investigated. Not paying me full refunds and how many players will never email. Sad to see poker at this stage of the game

A simple email explaining the breakdown of refunds (how numbers were reached - chip counts, no. of players remaining, prize pool etc) and their corresponding tournament would really have saved everyone ALOT of time, effort and aggro.

Trying to get this from support, whether via live chat or email, is quite possibly the greatest struggle ever had ...

You realize that the $750 "profit" doesn't actually go into their pocket right, it goes into the prize pool for that Hero buyin class. Sigh

Absolutely insane that Party isn't paying out the other half of the bounties that we earned on Sunday. There is literally no where else that money could go besides directly to Party.

Also lost out on 50 USD that I would have got from the next stage of rakeback, which I was 15 points away from.

Ended up getting 26/26 50$ 100$ payouts in a row before one songle 3X

Just received refund breakdown from support. Checked the numbers. All correct! Slightly different chip stacks but assume thats because mtts weren't paused immediately upon server crash.

There is a chance for you. *CHOMP is organizing a class action lawsuit on behalf of all Party players who cannot speak English. But there is also some risk of a countersuit for crimes against the language.

Sorry, the joke was more directed at *CHOMP. He complains here every day and butchers every post. You do a lot better than *CHOMP, and English might even be his first language.

why are the payout cards from partycaption not working? any idea? I put the layout and reestart PP but nothing happens.

edit: working now. but they are still too low! please take feedback of this and put the cards higher. is a joke or what? I make mistakes sometimes because the 9 seems like a Q and the 4 like an A.
