A question for you Collette. What would you feel if you as a new player or rec player (partypoker says they take care of the poker ecology. Yeah right!!!) joins a 9-handed cash game table and there are at least four players from Russia (not unusual at all that there are five or six of them) and two or three from Belarus/Ukraine? Would you feel relaxed and just enjoying the game like its completly fair and not having thoughts about maybe its somehow rigged and these players (Actually not players. More like robots never saying **** in the chat and acting like a non human beings) are colluding against you? How would you feel and react?

We do have some improvements coming to the note tool coming in the software update launched on the 24th Feb including an improved color scheme to highlight which players are flagged and a snapshot of notes created

As for chat - personally, I never use the chat option and mostly have it turned off

I had an old 2FA security token enabled on my account and for some reason you guys removed it. I have been communicating back and forth with customer service asking them to re-enable it to avoid getting easily hacked and now these bunch of ******ed idiots locked my account.

What the *** is wrong with you people. How hard is it to re-enable 2FA Token and why was it removed in the first place.

It's been proved past couple years that 2FA using phone is insecure. Why removing/disabling my 2FA Token ?

Just want to tilt withdraw everything from party poker. Your security is one of the worst I have encountered over the years and your customer support is clueless have what a 2FA token is/was.

We removed the RSA tokens sometime ago - we offer an alternative which was communicated to players via email
We no longer have an agreement with the 3rd party which provided the tokens previously
Can you please PM myself your username so I can check your communication logs and claims against our CS team - I can also find out why you were not contacted regarding the secure log in alternative

Why do not you do that a winning ticket worth for example $ 22, can I use for any tournament MTT 22 $?
I would like to be able to play a tournament for example Contender 22 $, or Counterpunch 55 $, or any MTT PLO tournament for 22 $ and there are no satellites to such tournaments
I think that satellites for these tournaments would be quite popular

just played husng for first time on your site, few suggested improvements
1. open lobby with table, esp for 6 or 9 max
2. wrt box that opens up to confirm registration, font is too small and it is cut off at bottom, a bit glitchy
3. when someone declines rematch it doesn't let you know, it just leaves table open with no body sitting, it should close table imo as you're wondering whats going on
4. when the box comes up that says if you want to play again, it needs to be more concise whether you're rematching said player or joining another similar game. clearer distinctions need to be made.

basically the whole process between sitting a husng to rematching or declining the game (outside of the actual match itself) needs to be revised imo

I noted your feedback and shared it with the relevant team
For now, the sats will remain however once the new schedule is complete and launched the team will review the current sat set up and look to improve
I can not confirm if sats will be added as you suggest above, however, I will share any news as and when I can

Care to explain the criteria for the chat censor and why the words I've listed are deemed "inappropriate" ?

when i write stars it gets censored aswell

It would be nice to have a slightly more comprehensive set of "Sounds" options. Ideally I just want to hear the alert beep when it's time to make an action, and maybe one for timeout warning, but I don't want to hear the card folding/checking/chip noises. Like on Stars where you can customize the certain sounds you want to hear. Thanks

I've been playing poker for over a decade, sampling million+ hands. After my brief stay at party (2-3 weeks) their software and players do not behave as they normally would.

When the odds don't add up you have to bail out ASAP. I do hope Mr. Sexton invests some of that $ on protection for himself and his employees because odds tell me some of the individuals he's been rigging will come after him sooner or close to their bucket list.

i dont get it... how it works? I enabled this option, but when i log in next time - nothing happens, just standard logging
