I am looking into this - PoDox streams via his own channel and I am unaware of any 3rd party tools being used previously
He has on occasion helped push live event sats etc
I will check recent video content and also ask the security team to run relevant checks

I'm pretty sure they are not converted stats though. They are session stats that it's legal to run. You can see in the picture that Pleox and ESP 188 have different stats at each table. If he was using the converter they'd be the same.

he is also a decent player so i doubt he that dumb

The streamer is doing nothing wrong- and is NOT using any illegal tools

Having looked into this - he is using a HUD - as do many, many players on our site and the stats are indeed session stats
There are no other background tools being used and I can state 100% he has done nothing wrong or in breach of our T&Cs

Of course that is only a distraction from the real issue. The fact that a single streamer isn't using banned tool on the stream doesn't mean that their use is not prolific and Party Poker refuse to do anything about it.

Im just trying out Party for the first time in years and feel like i have to play the FF tables to use a HUD but going by what ive read the FF tables are full of bots.

But playing the regular tables i feel like everyone is using a converter and i have a huge disadvantage there also.

Cannot see me being here much longer tbh.

Im pretty sure most new or returning customers feel like this and do not stay long.

Party is never going to challenge Stars if players feel like this.

I was pretty euphoric about the new RB systems as well, but after all it really isn’t worth playing there.

1) The client crashes randomly at least twice per session.

2) Support is completely clueless about what is going on on the site.
Example: After some update 2/5 PLO didn’t show in the PLO tab anymore for MAC. Support ofc had no clue about this and sent some preset reply. So after researching myself I found out that 2/5 PLO shows under PLH. I forwarded the info to support, obv nothing changed after like 4 weeks gone.

3) Not using a converter you are at a severe disadvantage against the pool, as apparently everybody is using one. Now adding in that they lack the competence (see 2) and/or will to catch cheaters this is probably only the least severe form of cheating going on in the games I play.

Colette, sry if i start to sound like a broken record, but will the update on the 24th include the ability to increase the tables above current maximum size? Really would like to play on Party, but the tables and fonts are horrible small on a high resolution monitor.

You can edit fonts in PartyCaption. You can also remove elements (total pot for example) and replace it with a much clearer/better placed hud element.

Really shouldn't need 3rd party software for such basic stuff though.

Edit - anyone know if there's a way to use my Stars chips graphics on Party? Or any basic free ones that are better than the default?

I had a complete client freeze yesterday, only been back at Party for a week so hopefully won't be a regular thing. Does the timebank not activate when you get disconnected on Party? I quickly ended the Party process and restarted the software, couldn't have been gone more than 20 seconds but was sitting out on every (Fastforward) table.

that's the exact reason I quit playing on Party almost a year ago. have no regret at all

What is a converter and whats its purpose?. Is this another name for a HUD or part of it?. I have no understanding of these things so call me stupid if you wish.

It modifies the hh's in real time so huds work on reg tables. There's at least 2 available to buy.

Let me at first say that the thing happens mostly when I play on my MAC. It’s better with the windows client. Also the thing happens when a table is being closed or opened. In that instance the client freezes about 10-20% of the time. As if this wasn’t bad enough I lose all my tables except for one due to Party’s anti camping policy. I recently also noticed, a blind was posted at the table I was opening, that caused the freeze.

Support didn’t even bother to reply to the complaint.

i have only at 1 Szenario freeze Problems-

-when i Change my table in Settings from green to black or black to green...after this i dont see the Country names at the tables!
when i leave the table to re-open in "my tournamnts" (that was a way to see the countrys again...i found out) the Client freeze now!
had that a few constant times...now i dont Change anything in Settings and have no Problems anymore... yehaa lol

1. There were reported issues on and off over the last two days for a small number of players - I believe these have now been resolved in full
Do you have the latest version installed following minor updates last week?
Do you receive any error message?

2. The MAC tabs I raised last week The filter issue is being worked on and should be resolved in full by end of play tomorrow

Re: Customer service - if you can send myself a PM with your username I will ask the CS manager to review chat logs and your unsatisfactory service complaints

3. This is incorrect - the team are working around the clock detecting and removing accounts using banned 3rd party tools - further improvements are on the roadmap and our player ecology is a top priority


The next release - on the 24th - will not include full-sized tables these are however coming soon, hopefully, the next release though I can share no timeline
Fonts will be improved with increased sizing and color balance
