1. There were reported issues on and off over the last two days for a small number of players - I believe these have now been resolved in full
Do you have the latest version installed following minor updates last week?
Do you receive any error message?
2. The MAC tabs I raised last week The filter issue is being worked on and should be resolved in full by end of play tomorrow
Re: Customer service - if you can send myself a PM with your username I will ask the CS manager to review chat logs and your unsatisfactory service complaints
3. This is incorrect - the team are working around the clock detecting and removing accounts using banned 3rd party tools - further improvements are on the roadmap and our player ecology is a top priority

The next release - on the 24th - will not include full-sized tables these are however coming soon, hopefully, the next release though I can share no timeline
Fonts will be improved with increased sizing and color balance
