Hi,

I thought your response was quite the weasel's.

For start, your software is exactly the same, just a different skin. I bet player's actions even connect to terminals with the same IP addresses and that they share a database.

Second, you are in full partnership with bwin, and if I have beef with one "owner" of a company, you can't just say "hey, take it to the other owner". You are both owners, and in my opinion both equally responsible.

And third, and most importantly, because this leaves no room for subjectivity, noone from BWIN has responded.

It's been a month.

Not a single response.

Guys, don't let this snake oil seller fool you. BWIN/PARTYPOKER will forsake you.

I'm no sucker. I don't want my money back anymore, but I can't just let you off the hook. I've talked trash about you and told the story to every poker player I know. And I will keep taking time to dedicate trash talking your **** company to further reduce its playerbase every now and then until you no longer exist.

I'm a nice guy, but pissing off the nicest people will just get you the most spiteful response.

Hello,

does anyone have any experience with getting a detailed Complete Playing History Audit from PartyPoker? I can't imagine they don't have something like it that isn't just a list of all deposits/withdrawals (which is what I have got so far).

Yeah, I guess it's only on Bwin, and Danskespil (where the regs seem to be able to switch sn's on a regular basis). But as I said, you're probably better off without them, very shady stuff going on @ 2/4 specifically.

Unfortunately she is Clueless about what goes on at her employers site. Naive to the bot problem, naive to the stable ethics problem. And a bunch of other issues including yours.

See, I am still not sure if PT4 is formally allowed or not on PP. All this seems very strange to me because it is pretty straightforward info: YES or NO when someone asks if PT4, HEM, or whatever program is allowed, no commenting and disccussing needed. On contrary, without providing customers straightforward information we now have unnecessary discussion.

Tools change from day to day - some will have previously been allowed then updated will fall under the not allowed tools parameter

Our software is not "exactly" the same
bwin are responsible for replying to their customers and dealing with customer concerns
I work for the partypoker team not the bwin team

If bwin customer service have not responded I suggest you call them and take this up with management

I'm currently hitting my head against a wall from emailing support. I'm incredibly tilted right now. Surely if someone who isn't a bot but an actual human reads this they will realise it is not right or fair? Copy and pasted from a different site:

"I won a satellite to the $1050 main event last week. It registered me to a satellite for the next day, to win a seat to a $25k event instead of the main event, which it was supposed to register me to. I did not fancy playing that so I unregistered, went to tickets, clicked the $1050 ticket and clicked to enter the main event. Only after confirming did I realise it used cash instead of my ticket.

Surely Party should give me T$ for this unused ticket right? I fired off a quick email to support explaining the situation and was told to wait till pokerfest had finished. It isn't as if I have entered a sat to a tournament I wouldn't play or I have taken tickets out of the economy by grinding the sats. I entered, won and then entered the target tournament after winning...

Party support have told me after a follow up email that I made an error and the ticket is gone from my account now and I will be given $0 compensation.

To kick me while I'm down they said I am a "valued customer". They don't seem to realise they have stolen $1050 from me.

Am I being ridiculous here?

EDIT: I didn't even get offered rakeback on the $1050 they've basically raked from me without me playing a hand"

Are you sure the sat was to/ticket was valid for the main event? If so it's quite ridiculous that the system doesn't automatically use the ticket first, and you should be given T$ instead.

From all I've read, the whole ticket system on party seems to be a mess especially the expiry times.

The satellite tournament said it was for the main event but when it ended nothing popped up so I checked the "my tournaments" tab and it showed me registered for a different $1050 tournament. I unregistered and went to the tickets tab and it did show that I could register for the main event with it. I think I just assumed that the ticket would automatically be taken from my account for this purpose but I was wrong.

It just hurts that this was clearly an error on Party's end but I'm being told I have to pay the price. It didn't even cross my mind that I wouldn't be given $T instead. The support never responded to my questions or reasoning but just copy and pasted that unused tickets can't be converted. I think some satellites give out tickets not automatically entering you in events, so if I played that and never entered anything then that would be sort of fair but this isn't.
