What do you mean by 'the client'? The tables are resizable continuously with the mouse; the lobby has only two possible sizes that are toggled by the middle button at its top right corner that looks like the Windows button 'make the window fullscreen / return to normal size'.

I don't have that, but I'm on the bwin client. I was under the impression bwin and party merged and now had one client, but apparently not?

They are resizable during play, just there's a bug - you can't resize an SnG Hero table when you're registered but the game hasn't started yet, you can do it only after your first hole cards are dealt.

Green/White/Yellow are on bwin, it has different levels and another reward system.
partypoker has Palladium/Gold/Silver/Bronze levels.

Yes, bwin lobby is not sizable. Party lobby has two different sizes, normal (as in bwin) and small.

The sad (for us) truth is that almost no poker site cares nowadays about retaining high rakers any longer.

Probably it's for good. Though the average monthly earnings of the top 5% of players are lower now, it feels nice to earn substantial money while being somewhere around the 30th percentile by ability and not playing a ton of games, something that a weakish player wouldn't be able to do if there were more grinders in the games. Online poker has become more socialistic and less oligarchic, so to speak.

No. One will be active and the other one paused while you clear the first one. You can switch the active bonus (at least on Party you can)

We have removed re-entry from all NLH tournaments starting from today.. obv we still have a few rebuys in there for those who prefer that format and the High Roller events still have a re-entry option but all other NLH tournaments are now freezeout format with the WPT blind structure
