Is it possible to sit out for more the 15 seconds? Would be nice to go to the bathroom without having to leave the tables but whenever i click sit out it says it will remove me from the table in 15 seconds

Confirmed, the 500$ cash bonus is broken. It won't let you to use it 2 times per week as stated in the software.

How can i change my account currency from usd to EURO?

you have to use the extra button underneath that says 'do this at all tables' and it turns orange. Then click sitout. Now anywhere you sit out or time out won't die in 15 seconds.

I will follow this up today as I am back in the office

Can you confirm if you tried to purchase two in the same day - or on different days?

If you log in via the web page and go to My Account > My Details then select Edit - you can see the option to change currency in the last drop down

I have a question about the PPM North America $500+30 satellite from last night.

The tournament is listed as awarding 20x 5300 CAD seats = $106000
The tournament lobby says there's $80000 (USD) in the prize pool.

80000 USD = 107788 CAD, so you're pretty close there, it's lke a 1.7% spread which is not a big deal, I understand Party has to protect itself a bit from currency fluctuations.

My issue is that there seems to be an underlay based on the total players entered. It seems last night there were 166 entrants putting up 500+30 USD. So the prize pool should actually be 83000 USD, not 80000 USD. Shouldn't the 21st place finisher have been paid 3000 USD? I see no mention of that in the lobby.

Or am I just completely out to lunch here?

Your team needs to really look into this tourney and its structure.
You changed it from a multi day event which is pretty cool, but now after the first week's huge overlay....you can buy in directly into Phase 2 11 x Fase 1 entry for 100BB stack.
Also with a late registration end of level 8?? I believe yesterday the featherweight cash bubble broke just after the first break.

Since you are allowing a direct buy in for Phase 2, it might be a better idea that if you reach Phase 2 several times, instead of just the best stack going forward, why not combine all Phase 2 stacks.

Also give this tourney the chance to grow.

Fix waiting list. This is breaking the game flow.

To figure out if this tourney has an overlay or underlay wouldn't you need to know how many bought in directly for $500 and how many played the $50 day 1 phases trying to get in? Party should make this info be more transparent.

In my case it was:

I only tried to purchase the $500 cash item one at a time.

Purchase on Monday, 17th - worked
Tried again on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - each failed
Purchase on Monday, 24th - worked

Support was contacted on Friday. It was going a bit back and forth, with screenshots. Then telling me on Monday, 24th:

You managed to purchase on Sunday (no, it was Monday again), so that's two times a week, everything is normal.

This is less than ideal. It appears that nothing is being done about it.

Yes, it looks like the gladiator day ends at 18:00 ET or 00:00 CEST or 05:00 am thailand time.

The promo page states different, please fix or give one more time, probably there are some players affected by this.

Well, I just managed to buy 2 $500 cash (for the first time), so at least in my case, or maybe by some luck, it seems fixed.



But I've lost 2 opportunities to purchase it the last 2 weeks. I hope my unused points don't expire before I'm able to use them all...

This will be fixed in the next release- planned for the coming week though I have no exact date, likely Tue or Wed

secure ID is still used, just not for login

When are you going to fix the Max Character limit for players notes in the client. The limit is way too small and needs to be at the minimum 3x larger.

Can't use 3rd party notes software with unlimited character limit (HEM2/PT4) because of the anonymous HHs.

This is very frustrating.
