- Note taking on Party vs HEM -
Hi everyone,
Just loaded on Party and am planning to grind 6-max. Starting off at 25nl FF, and hopefully going up to 100nl or even 200nl once I get a solid roll going.

Had a question about note taking. I've always tended to take notes on the site software itself (esp. on Stars and Full Tilt), however the note taking software on Party Poker is so clunky that I'm condsiering using Holdem Manager 2 (already have it installed).

Any thoughts as to which method you guys prefer and why? Or if you use Party Poker to take notes, any tips?

Any chance to get refund for 5,5 plo 18.05 CEST? Iwas kicked every time when action got to me. It started about 1,5h of play. I recorded that if needed with other site MTT working fine.

I've just joined Party and have a couple of questions that I'd be grateful if someone could help me out with them.

1) I can't find a way to set a preflop bet sizing to 2.5bb, which is my steal sizing. Is there anyway to do this?

2) I deposited in £ and play in $. I'm assuming I'm not losing anything when it converts this everytime I play at the tables?

3) Is there a graphical hand replayer I can use in game to check any hands that I've missed?

On the party web site it is stated that

Palladium level gets back 30.5 % cash back on their points conversion

But a quick calculation shows up a different story.

500$ / 4250 points = 0.1176 value of a point -> that's highest bonus you can buy with points

So just under 12 c

You get 2 points for every 1$ of rake you pay. ->the the real value of a point is 50c

So 12 out of 50. Actually lets be more accurate.
So 11.76 c out of 50 = 23.52 % rake back

So we are a little bit off here with around 7 %

How would the party rep comment on that issue

All I can see is that we are no where near 30.5%. Are you taking a piss or what. ( as we say in England)

Why on earth are hands only being dealt 6-handed (rather than 3-handed, ideally) in a FastForward pool with 12 entries from 7 unique players!?

This needs to be discussed with the relevant Customer Service team using Contact Us - they will be able review and feedback
If you have received a warning there should be a contact number in the email
There is nothing I can add to what you have already been told

We have made it very clear our stance on seating scripts going forward - ours T&Cs clearly state these are not allowed and we will take action

The preset bet buttons are currently not functioning correctly for me.

For example, the 3x button seems to be giving 3 times the pot size, rather than a 3x bb raise. Is there any way to fix this?

P.S. are there colour tags hiding somwhere that I can't see?

I have this problem and the workaround I found for Windows Vista is to login as administrator to install partypoker.
