As per our T&Cs we reserve the right to close any account at any given time should we have reason to believe a player has broken our T&Cs

Well not every session, sure there will be lots of possibilities to be creative. What I was really counting on was - Party ineffective security team claims I am a bot (niiiiiiiiiceeee). They show what exactly they mean because (except they have blocked my account and have stolen my money ) it is very funny.
I show how I played, when I played. We find out that in these days in the very same sessions their system shows I am playing as a bot. Because I was always playing the very same way.

The whole comedy of the situation is: I don't use any seating scripts, I don't use any illegal software at no point, but what I did was my PartyCaption program was blocking all annoying popups. Maybe it is a crime - I can't say. I even play very short sessions with high quality.
I mean that kind of actions hurt fair players too.

We have found a group on skype PartyPoker accounts blocked. Some of the guys are known and play well and follow up with whole situation. Some of them said they give up!
Well I can't imagine to be treated like that and that pokerroom can get away with that.

It could be the tourney was inactive at the time when you received the ticket so it was not showing - you should be able to view it today as the tournament is in the lobby.
Regarding the step ticket I have asked our management for a decision and will feedback when possible

This is ridiculous, you cant expect everybody to check the T&Cs every day for months, just because you have said that you change it in the coming months. I guess today you didnt check the T&Cs of 2+2 too, or if your going to play poker, you wont checkt the T&Cs every day either. You should at least warn your customers, before you take actions like freezing their accounts.

I'm using both HEM and PartyCaption as well. I block all popups/announcements too and as a matter of fact much more than that. I'm using betscript (and don't change sizings too often) and hotkeys, yet I never had any problems... at least so far. But yeah, it doesn't look good and I'm not keeping there too much money anymore.

What do you expect? She can only say that she doesn't handle those stuff and you need to contact theirs security department and that seems to be true. It's a firm's policy.

Can somebody tell me, since when it is prohibited to use scripts on party poker? As far as i know, they havent prohibited it within the first changes, and just changed to anonymous tabels.

If they closed your account and also took your funds then you absolutely were doing something very out of the ordinary. The reason was DEFINITELY not because you used HM2 and PC.

I remember wowiwow as a reg and I beeing really worried if they ban regs. He has a sick winrate though but probably he is that good. Time to cash out I think. what thirdpartysoftware do you have active when you play? Even if you dont use it on Partypoker they might recognize tableninja/betposoft etc.

The new MTT lineup sucks you guys took away so many freeze outs for 6 max turbos. You guys should leave the top of the hour for freeze outs and make the turbos start at :30 each hour that way you guys will have a good balance of both. If you have to move the gtd down a lil on some of the freeze outs but taken them away is not the right move imo

They announced in October they were changing the software to fight and stop seating scripts. Then they made the first hand history anonymous in hopes to stop this. I think people with scripts should have got the hint there that they were no longer welcome when party stated they were making several changes to protect recreationals. Then they announced the T&C change and waited longer. The warnings were in the open from the start of changes in October.

I like the new schedule a lot but if you add more tournaments at all levels I wouldn't complain. More more more!

They are by banning people for using third-party programs , and some claimed to have told him that HM2 / PT4 & Caption are prohibited . They could clarify this?

This is big BS! So some software will work, and others where we payed for won't work?

So some regs will have the advantage of this software that still works, while others are playing blind, not knowing what will work or not???

Just replace the Table_Carpet.jpg file in the PartyGaming/Partypoker/Images/NewGameTable/ directory with this one.

I'm not sure exactly when it was changed. I think you should contact customer support and they should be able to tell you when that happened
