How long does it take to get an answer from the support? Can't login because the software suddenly wants to now my birthday and doesn't accept the right date. Support do not react for 24h now.

are you one of the many spanish shortstackers with UK location that are obviously using a VPN to play on Party from Spain?

I was in a hotel in Canada once and was refused to play online because the stupid ****ing hotel was using an ISP in the US. Turns out the server for the hotel internet was located more than 3000 miles south in Georgia somewhere. WTF.

I'm in Canada. I have always lived in Canada. I've played on PP for 4 years from Canada. After the last update I too cannot reg for tourneys. I don't use a VPN or anything like that. I've confirmed that my ISP is Canadian...this is so facking frustrating. Problem after problem with Party, and they can never tell you when anything will get resolved. I have had enough of this facking bullshyt.

At a time when Stars has pissed off pretty much all of their customers, if Party offered better rake (aligned with Stars) they could become Number 1 again.

I used to like party but the HUSNG rake is just ridiculous. Wouldn't take much to get a lot of new customers. Just saying...

Hi all.
I always wait for withdrawal approved 5 seconds after request. Now its oing to be 3 days and still nothing. Only mail form support they have 3 days for that. What is the problem now? Also hacker attack? I think there wasn't any attack and they are to proud to say they suck on the whole line. Good luck with that policy.. One of the best room in the past is going down day by day cause of wrong people on the wrong place..

It's just another glitch in their system. I normally get withdrawals auto approved as well but like once a year the email doesn't come. I go to livechat and say what happened and they will say it takes 72 hrs. I answer that that's not true and that I always get mine auto approved. Then they actually start doing something and after a few mins they have manually approved the withdrawal.

Just don't go away when support first tells you that you have to wait

First reply from Party to any email is always something vague to see if you'll just stop bothering them. If you reported a problem, they'll either suggest reinstalling the software or they'll say that the problem is in your computer or internet.

Something might start happening from 2nd email onwards.

And they charge 3% for 4 days withdrawal, this is also nice job from them. That site with information about connection I think it's save on the local disk and if you don't have internet connection it also show you "the party server works fantastic"
